Won't human rights organizations kick up a big fuss about this? Although they are pirates, it still sounds wrong to treat them as wild game and kill them for fun. From the testimonials on their website, the customers brag about how many pirates they killed and its kinda scary when you try to imagine being at the scene. But all of this could be fake as well...

Cross over to the dark side!

I think thats the wrong attitude to adopt. I (shamefully) used to think something similar to Ricers with their 6 foot high wings and farting exhausts.

But why should we bother? Its their car, its their money. Unless we're their financial manager, what right do we have to control what and how much they spend on modifications? Its their passion/hobby and personally i think its a better one than drugs or excessive drinking . Well now when i see/hear those farts i'm just glad that they're (hopefully) spending their money on this rather than on something illegal/harmful/illegal and harmful.

I've come to take a new perspective on it and for your sake i certainly hope you do too.

Hmm.. on the one hand you read about the pirates and what they do to their hostages and think that the pirates are getting what they deserve, but OTOH there's something really wrong with vigilantism as entertainment. I'm just waiting for the concept to be turned into a reality TV show...

If this is taking place 12 miles off the Somali coast, does that put it in international waters with no legal repercussions? LOL at their guarantee!

You have a good point there, I think its all about packaging, if we were to put all these sport tourists on a merchant ship that is carrying food aid to one of the african nations it might just come out looking more palatable...it eliminates the vigilante parts altogether...

Haha, I think u're the confused one dude. Let me help you a little & please pass on these facts to your friends.

1st of all, your so called lamb is a mooooo & not a mehhhh. It's logo which is a bull is the zodiac sign of Ferruccio Lamborghini, founder of the marque. Lamborghini (pronounced in Italian accent, a higher pitched "ghi" followed by "ni") is based in St A'gata, Bologna, Italy. The same decal that u saw on the car was used since the days of the racing Diablo GTRs.

That green dragon that we see on the white Gallardo was a commissioned artwork by the then owner. It's definitely an acquired taste & if you have not seen the 1st LP640 here that was painted in a Mig fighter scheme. As what the factory says, "a Lamborghini is edgy, attitude, fast, not for the norm."

Lastly, the word "Supercar" was coined by a motor journalist who tested the then new Lamborghini Miura as it was unlike anything else before & it's been used on many cars since.

    Another famous quote :

"You buy a Ferrari when you want to be somebody. You buy a Lamborghini when you are somebody." - Frank Sinatra

OK Ok it's no more 60s Hollywood days :D

Got this in my mail few days back.

Lamborghini is said to be undertaking a rear-wheel-drive project by the name of Gallardo LP550-2. If these leaked pictures show that car then fans of the bull are in for a real treat. The LP550-2 as the designation suggests, is built on a RWD system instead of Lambo's usual AWD layout.
Power comes from the 5.2-litre normally aspirated V10 engine but has been detuned to make 550hp (405kW) and not 560hp (412kW) like the LP560-4. A 6-speed manual gearbox comes standard. Don't let that minor power cut dissuade you from forming high opinions of the car though; it has shed 30kg (66 lbs) and dispatches the 0 - 100km/h sprint in 3.9 seconds.
Those 30kgs lost are matched with a 10% price cut and a limited run of 250 units worldwide. A total of eight exterior colours will have owners salivating over which one to choose. Included with those is a special white livery.
An AWD Italian bull rushing over 500 stallions from under the bonnet is no child's play at full glory. One with no AWD safety net is something only a few should attempt to play with.

Less than 24 hours after a handful of images leaked, our spy photographers have managed to catch Lamborghini's upcoming Gallardo LP550-2 outside of Germany's famous Nürburgring.
Essentially a slightly revised rear-wheel drive version of Lamborghini's stunning all-wheel drive LP560-4, the Gallardo LP550-2 features new front and rear bumpers as well as a redesigned rear diffuser which creates additional downforce for added grip.
As the name change implies, the LP550-2 has been detuned to produce 550hp (405kW) instead of the LP560-4's 560hp (412kW). Despite this minor annoyance, the removal of the all-wheel drive system means the LP550-2 weighs 30kg (66 lbs) less which allows it to rocket from 0-100 km/h in just 3.9 seconds.
Besides losing weight, the transformation from LP560-4 to LP550-2 should knock nearly 10% off the Gallardo's massive sticker price. Unfortunately production will be limited to 250 units, so potential owners should act quickly.
