    Buy it!

I was seriously considering this unit but then mrs says she'll hang me to dry with her laundry should I bring it back :D

It belongs to two chatters here who would be more than happy to feed you with the history & it turns out that I know the 1st owner too, who's also driving a Murcie now.

Anyway, it has a new belt job last year & a new air-con system that's still under warranty. The manual gearbox is much better for long term keeping with much less headache than F1s. Price is quite cheap IMO as it has a new COE & 355s are still asking for sub $200k with only few years of COE left although COE is most reasonable these days. When the 360 was launched, it was a milestone ahead of the 355 & has the glass back. The owner also upgraded the Challenge grille which is a brilliant design. If u are feeling rich & naughty, you can also install a Novitec twin superchargers for it & they did it on a manual F360!

Do check your insurance & transfer fees for this. Set aside S$5K average a year for maintenance but could be lesser than that till u ganna a big Ferrari bill :D

But it does all boil down to budget. What they asking for the manual 360?

Yeah this is the one! I remember the red star and the camo-like paint scheme.

You're absolutely right, I think it's a hideous looking car. The Lambo Estoque and the Aston Rapide look so much better!

i would have to say the Estoque looks the best of all, hope it does go into production. .the Rapide just looks like a stretched DB9 to me..

Thanks for the advice, guess I got to hold it off the purchase, maintenance seems pretty expensive compared to a Porsche..

Anyway, would save more till I could comfortably afford one though!

Yup me too. All the reviews I've read so far haven been praising the car for retaining its Porsche-like drive and character but at the same time providing levels of comfort and luxury comparable to German flagship sedans. But it really looks just like a stretched Carrera, inserting the extra middle section between the front and the rear, sort of like a low-slung wagon.

Check this car out! It's a car designed by Citroen for GT5. It was originally intended only to be featured in the video game, but now there's a real drivable concept car out on the roads!

Actually, it's not that bad. You've got to drive it more often to have less problems & it's a lot more modern & easier to drive than anything earlier. For this price, there's nothing else you can find in the market that matches the prestige, sound, power & that Ferrariness. You also won't lose much IMHO. Ferrari is the only brand in the market that holds body value for their cars. I can think of none except a few handful model that are not desirable otherwise almost all models in it's history are "collector's items". I won't say a 360 will be as they made tens of thousands of it & probably a good 10% are written off by now :D

Hi Gene, welcome to finally show yourself. U have some nice shots in your flickr but do take note of the settings on flash (never easy) & play with your ISo, exposure etc.

I have not seen the Mugen RR in the flesh yet & that is one very interesting car but sadly overpriced when it reaches our shore.

you know i have always been in the market for a big saloon (remember the xjr, followed by the qp?). the c63 is damn fun but it lacks a certain presence you get with a range-topping uber-saloon. not really an "action" thing but sometimes, you just want your ride (even if it's the four-door) to have that little bling factor.

have been waiting for the rapide a long time (still miss my db9 - looks, not ride) but the delivery timing still can't be confirmed. worse yet, the initial indications on price are quite discouraging. the panamera is not classically good looking (neither was the qp) but it does have presence so yes, i am sorely tempted.

i also have to say, and no i am not a closet employee, that among the exotics, the service provided by stuttgart is of a uniformly high standard; from sales to aftersales and i have reached that stage in my ownership experience where that makes a huge difference.

Of course, just disturbing u ;) I thought the QP looks quite nice, do you still have that, no?

I know what u mean about service especially when Stuttgart throws in 5 yrs warranty..... that's why even I'm tempted with the new GT3.
