    Three exhaust tips?

Interesting tribute to the F40 perhaps?

    - side mirrors sit pretty low, especially looking from the back
    - turbocharged
    - intake scoops behind the windows?

The first car looks like it's light blue (Azzuro California/Avio Met?) underneath the camo. I think the LED lights are a really nice touch.

It is indeed starting to look more and more like the rendering from Autoexpress/carsuk.net.

    I like it! :D

To me that'd be a good thing. It takes away a lot of the bulkiness of the 430, and leans more to the stance of Enzo. I especially like the way the flanks are profiled and the way the fenders curve over the rear wheels.

Now, since there seems to be some consensus that at least one of the prototypes is turbocharged, could it actually have a smaller engine than the 430, but with boost? It would make sense.

I think that the 450 is going to be a smaller car (7/8 size of the current 430). Look at it compared to the Cali in the picture. Given that the 450 is in front it should appear to larger in size, but instead it appears to be smaller (especially hieght-wise). I'm sure some PS expert could extract some dimensions based upon the picture and the angle.

    Any PS experts?

I'm just hoping that the new F450 is not inspired in anyway by the nasty Fcal!

I note it has the same OZ Racing wheels as the 599 HGTE. On the exhaust, I would bet the two outer tailpipes are valved and the center one is the low noise outlet. Still kind of weird, though.

I think this is the most accurate rendering we have seen so far. I hoping it does look like this.

I agree, though the front and rear bumpers are still anybody's guess... Some lessons learned from past few racing seasons no doubt; check out the front ducts on the F430 GT.

You can also see some other air intake on the exterior of the front lamps as well.

why is the roof appear to bubble up like that? poorly disguised camo or is something underneath that?

Who knows, maybe that's a real early spyder test version and their hiding everything as much as possible.

If it's disguising the roof, how can it be poor?!

Love where this car is heading -- There's a lean, taught, lithe look going on under there that belies (I hope) a lighter car. As someone who's driven and lived with an Elise, I see a lot of Lotus in this. To me, that is the best thing Ferrari could possibly be doing with this car. These are very exciting photos.

at first i thought it was camo that had an air gap from not being sealed down, kinda like an ill fitted convertible top that puffs up.

however, when looking at the photo's, it is too symetrical for me to think that. you can see a gapin one photo more driver side oriented.

with all the conversation about yes turbo/no turbo, is it possible that these are actually two different cars and ferrari might be offering both a turbo and a normally aspirated car?

My feeling is if there is a turbo, it will be an option due to the cost. I'm sure the base sticker on this car is going to be about the same or slightly more than the Scuderia. Don't be surprised if a fully optioned spider car comes in at $400K. YIKES! Start putting those coins in the piggy banks now...

For sure, there are fake covers on the rear 3-4 flanks that look like the F430. You can see how much smaller the body is by looking at the gap to reach the gas cap (which interestingly is on the opposite side of F430). The dome on the top may be there for the same reason...just to confuse the general proportions of the car.

The center on the front fascia appears to be Enzo-esque. It flares up on both sides.

Very good spot! It is more likely to be an air outlet rather than inlet - either venting from the radiators or wheel arch/brakes.
