    I know it’s not a 430 but I thought I would share some more photos courtesy of Larry O’Rourke of my 1960 250 GTE which I showed for the first time at the Rodeo Show. The 250 GTE was the first production car Ferrari ever made and my car #2169 is the pre-production 250 GTE which was also the Paris car show car for the world wide launch of the GTE and the car used in most of the GTE road tests and ads. The restoration took almost four years and was done by Zac Dugger owner of DGR Performance. I have also included a photo of the car at the 1960 Paris show and a photo of what it looked like prior to the restoration. Hope you like…

    Thanks Dusty and everyone for your kind remarks. Here is anther ad the car was in from the launch in 1960. I am going to post in Vintage but being from SoCal I wanted to share with my local peeps!

    Like is an understatement. She's gorgeous! Congrats Scott.:)

    I agree. I tend to think one should always keep the car clean, but also drive the hell out of it. However, this car is SO clean that he should buy another GTE to drive and keep this one just to look at.;)

    B$$LS out restoration. I saw the car in person at the Rodeo show...amazing work. The engine bay was surreal. Great Job!

    I was also super-impressed after seeing the car on Father's Day. I remember you talking about the GTE in the store, but it was a treat seeing it in person.
