My new car

    It's not a Ferrari or Lamborghini but I am very excited to have gotten this particular car. It's a 2008 Mercedes SLK 55 AMG, it has a 5.5 supercharged V8 producing 355 HP & 376 ft-lb Torque, top speed of 176 and 0-60 in 4.9 sec. I test drove this model at HBL Mercedes in Tyson's and fell in love with it. And fortunately they sold it before I could buy it. So I looked online and found this one at Luxory Motors in Chicago and it is loaded to the max. It has a 7 speed automatic / paddle shift transmission, a hard top convertable, two tone interior with carbon fibre trim, Alcantara seats & steering wheel, factory Ipod and a full factory warranty 4yr/50,000 miles. And the best thing is it only had 303 miles when I took delivery!!! I used Matt Brown (MBFerrari) www.whitehorseautoconcierge.com to transport it. He is very professional, always answered when I called and kept me updated during the trip. And he lives here in Northern VA, which made it so easy to meet with him before hand to sign all of the necessary paperwork. I strongly recommend him for any transport needs.     Congrats! The SLK 55 is a nice fun torque monster. Enjoy her in good health! BTW, its a naturally aspirated V8, no supercharger. I really do like the Carbon Fiber accents and I havent seen one with those Alcantara seats before.

    Nice car! Didn't know that MB still used the 5.5L engine in 2008 (that too in NA form). I thought they had switched over to the NA 6.3L that year.

    Enjoy! That's a fun car to drive.
