Aldo is a great guy. Stop by and talk Italians with him, and get a tour. Aldo is mentioned a lot because he has the F-car market locked down out here. Onto other spotting... Black 430 Spyder with shields passed me in front of AAC's west side at sundown.
Highland Park Village, while having breakfast at Starbucks; Black 430 - I'd forgotten how they sound. W I c k e d !! Personal excitement: 1968 Mustang GT convertible, 302, 4 speed, split-glass rear window top, real American Racing mags. Wow, beautiful period piece. Original owner, who ordered it as is sits beside the Boxer right now. Had to self-indulge on that one, sorry. It, um, does have a horsey!. Curious to see what else showd up this morning. Red/Tan '89 Mondial T Cab stopped to say Hi as I was leaving.
Black F430 at HP Village before, during, and after the parade. Gorgeous. I took some pics before anyone was anywhere around it. A Bimmer and something else decided out of all the parking spaces there, they needed to park by it... which would have unnerved me if it was my car. Highlight of the parade for sure. Little disappointed Park Place only put Volvos and Bentleys in the parade this time. Nothing sexy about those!
Spotted a red Ferrari, I think a 360 (Wasn't sure if it was a spider or not due to obstructing median foliage) travelling eastbound on Campbell Rd, between Coit and Waterview, in Richardson on Saturday afternoon around 4 or 5 o'clock. Also caught a glimpse of the local far north Dallas yellow and dark red TR 512M's on Sunday afternoon around 2:30 or 3 o'clock.
Saw a 550 Maranello (I think that's what it is) on the south end of the tollway, and a Maserati Gran Turismo at Legacy Square in Plano Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
NOPE.. A.M. Unless he sold it to someone else in the past few years. He's a great guy!!!! Used to have a P4 rebody that was freaking awesome to drive.
saw a very nice dark red (monza? fiorano?) 599 headed south on the tollway near downtown shortly before 6 yesterday.
Ewww... Fiero 308 on centerville near duck creek... Turned around with the girlfriend too see if it really was what I thought and even she knew it wasn't a Ferrari. Backed in to the bar, lights flipped up like he was cooler than the boxster next to him. On the other hand, a chevelle, followed by a 69 charger followed by a camaro further down, and a nissan cube
Black Maserati (I think Spider) in Grapevine Main and NW Highway 3pm. I was in the old truck, but had gone through same place this morning in the GranSport.
silver California on Camp Bowie in FTW by Lucille's (Sinclair next door actually) about 4:30 this afternoon. Still had the paper plates on it. First one I've seen in the wild.
Was the SLR still inside on the lift? I wonder if he traded, or if it's a friend's....or just a Lucille's patron.
There was a Mercedes of some sort on the left side lift (all I could see was the front grill due to the garage door position) and a Bentley under the right side lift. I could not identify the other cars on the lifts. The California was parked inside the fenced area under the drive through for the gas pumps.
Black Audi R8 pulling out of the gates of Old Westover on to Byers heading east, next time wait for me to pass by before attempting to pull out in front of me.
