Infiniti Essence. Kind of reminds me of a R35. Beautiful car.... This is even mad, Bertone Mantide..... Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
surprisingly i have yet to try Botak Jones. heard it's pretty alright too. Aston's is alright, just that the queue is pretty long most of the time and that puts me off
Love the Essence. It looks a little like the Maserati GranTurismo. The styling of the Mantide is more of an acquired taste I guess. I personally don't fancy it.
You're right. Aston's queue is pretty sickening! But if you don't mind going to Balestier, there's a small outlet in a kopi shop along Kim Keat Rd
I see, didn't know they had one there. have only been to Suntec's and Cathay's branches. Don't even need to try the Katong one as its too small. The queueing is one thing, service is another matter altogether.
sick of queues and indifferent service at regular Aston's outlets? Try Aston Prime located at Joo Chiat. More upmarket decor and service. They take reservations too. Much lesser crowds but prices are about 30% more. I feel portions are a bit more and the side dishes are definitely much bigger. They also have high end cuts like wagyu and grain fed meat. Its in same area as their katong outlet.
I know you didn't answer my earlier PM, but in case you didn't notice it I'm curious to know whether you are directly or indirectly connected with Ital Auto?
IRR Do you use it to compare multiple investments over a common period of time? or can you deem to use it for a single project/investment?
Just wondering, has anyone bought this yet? Or is it still in the showroom? Image Unavailable, Please Login
I think it will be more of a hassle and inconvenience compared to your current daily driver haha. Awesome road presence though It's located at left of the junction ahead of Katong Ashton's, so it's just like a 5 mins walk away. The pricing and ambience there is similar to a typical western restaurant such as Jack's Place. Pricing also about the same eg. $20-30 for a main course. IIRC, they announced that the R8 Spider will be released with the V10 engine first, a V8 version is not confirmed yet.
Not all the time though. I was there 2 weeks ago and it was kind of bare. It was a lot more awesome a year ago when they had the McLaren, and this cute NUS girl was also there to interview for their Weismann launch
hmmm..... interesting.... i guess the car must had been sold by now. Rare one indeed, what a great gem.
