    Despite my feelings for Navy Pier, I ventured out there yesterday and visited this event, which lasts all weekend. At 15 bucks you get a nice overview over the best things Italy has to offer and they even throw in some decent food and wine samples to enjoy. Fashion show was brief and elegant. Lovely jewelry on display and on the runway. Miss Italy was even on stage. Plus some decent cars and bikes.

    I assume you refer to map of Italy: That's some big American truck, which had also an exhibit inside its trailer. Part of the show.

    It's on an Italian schedule. :)

    Things like fencing or the fashion show are on at certain times (although repeated often), but the Italians are running the show, if you follow my drift.
