Anyone in the Philly/mid-atlantic area know of a concours level detailer? I'm not looking for the garden variety (albeit high quality) detail job, but for a councours level detail worthy of exhibition at one of the premier level councours. Anyone out there with any info/guidance??? Thanks in advance.

I believe our very own DetailGuy (Chris) did a great job on BryanP's black 365 GT 2+2 a few years back in preparation for a concours.
I think Bryan got a platinum at the Reading Concours.

The work he did on my black 430 and mid-year red Corvette was incredible.

You can pay more, but I'm not sure you can get better results.

Chris is exceptional. He just finished doing my F430 and just completed a 16M job. He's exceptional and will most likely travel to you in Philly.

Chris elevates it to an art form. He did five of my cars in six days. It will take time but I don't know of anyone in his league.

Your investment will be secure and you will probably be pretty happy.

Chris did a great job on my SL600. I'll be sending the vintage Jaguar to him next!

That Chris is the man. He just called me and we're making arrangements for him to come up to Philly. He's certainly got GREAT references from all of you! Thanks to everyone.

    Hi Labcars,

Looks like you got some good recommendations here. Another one right in the Philly area is Tim Mcnair, has done winners at Pebble Beach I believe, and has also had articles published on the subject.

Labcar, I would like the opportunity to have a look at your car . right now I'm prepping cars for Pebble Beach and the Quail. When you get a chance have a look at the website www.gpconcours.com, to preview my work. References are available if necessary.
Unfortunately(or not), I am leaving on the 8th for Monterey. be back on the 23rd. Let me know if I can help.
Thanks, Tim McNair, Grand Prix Concours Preparation
BTW -- thanks for the kind words in the other posts

I will also be in touch with you, not taking my cars to any shows, but I would love to have them detailer right. I no longer have the time to do them myself. Thanks Pete, never knew about Tim. How is the bumper coming along?

Slowly but surely! Actually, I met with Tim last night and we went over the test panel colors and we made a
decision for the best color match. Hopefully Enzo gets it done this weekend so I can drive the car again before
    the end of the summer!

I hope Enzo gets yours done soon, he put the Gemballa hood for the Porsche on the back burner to work on your car. I heard the paint is really hard to match.
