Wow US front bumpers AND a front wing. What a crime against humanity. Next thing we'll see is a snow plow bolted to the front.

Thanks for the pictures. I love the P7 tires :)

It was nice to see Testarosa and Countach side by side that one pic. Even that the Countach was US version.

I dug into my old photo albums tonight. I suspect this is a photo of the Countach that was in the 1976 R&T article. It was the first Countach I had ever seen. The photo was taken in the late 70's at the Kruse auction held at the Point Resort in Phoenix. Compared to the cars in the background it was from another world.

    Cheers Jim

Does anyone remember that David Anderson created a website of his Countach? Is it still up? Can't find it.

This pic shows the wheel arch as a seperate unit per production. I note the turn signal lens cover is the opaque versio (as used on Annivesarios) and not the original fluted item. BTW there is a QV in Japan that has been liveried to copy 1121002. It has quad driving lamps.

I have to check, I cant even recall the Chasis, car # my LP400 Periscopa is...LOL LOL

It's been with Steve so long going a full body off nut and bolt restro.. www.drivenexotics.com I think it will be done next year..

I know we had to send all the interior back toItaly for re-do from the correct place. We also had to get the cooper rivets from Italy for the body mounting..

Are all of the cars in the background vehicles that were originally belonging to the late Shah of Iran? Just curious, I know he had quite a collection and I have seen pix and a brief video showing you and I believe Tiff Needal (sp?) with the late Shah's SVJ that Nicholas Cage eventually purchased. BTW, its a nice video of the SVJ.

    Best regards,
    Dino

Yes, that's a small selection of the remainder of what once was a vast collection in the 70s...
