No, because he haven't registered them. You have to register them, to pay the tax (180%) - So he has no use or advantage in having them there. He probably pays for the storage too. And when he doesn't drive the cars either on dealer plates, there's no sense in it. Most people here who knows about it, guesses that it is because he has lost interest and has no time.
Not registering them is a way of avoiding paying the tax. Why else would you not register a personal vehicle at the time of purchase (unless for investment reasons)?
+1 For sure. I've got too many cars myself and feel guilty about the 4 or 5 I just don't touch ever. Billions in the bank or not. Let someone else enjoy the things
Jonas is probably right. I have heard that story as well. Why would he register them if he never drive them anyway? It's ridiculously expensive to own a car here. The real question is. Why buy them in the first place, or buy so many.
Christian, Where was this pic taken? Can you tell me, or anyone else? Gr. Martin Image Unavailable, Please Login
We recently undertook a small project in my "Ferrari Garage" - a Ferrari crest. I thought it would be fun to post a few progress photos and then the final product. This was not a professional job. The first photo is of my friend Paul who sketched in the crest. Image Unavailable, Please Login
