It's Kyosho and allready the 1/18's scale LP400 is quite much perfect. I have an Orange LP400 1/18. The detail level is extremely high. Interior, engine and other details.
Fortunately these can still find at EBAY, where I found mine.

If you know the UT Models? (Autoart, today) I have serval 1/18's also for them, but Kyosho's are one or two step better detailed by every way. I can't really imagine how good the 1/12's are.

Youtube has two videoclips of 1/12 Countach's:

And yes, Kyosho has manufactrued (if I'm right) 2005 year also LP5000S 1/18 with rearwing at least black. I have a small broschure.

Hey, that's a cool shot of my 1987 QV and my brothers 1987 Testarossa ( Ex Janet Jackson )...we drove down to Elkart Lake together that day...no one even noticed the Ferrari and my brother was pissed!

    LMAO!

I've seen that happen so often. A Ferrari is just a "used car" in the presence of a Lamborghini. Drives the owners crazy. :D

Wow--that is awesome. The detail is amazing. A 1/12 scale die cast is a serious chunk of metal.

I just bought this 1/24 Tamiya kit of the Wolf Countach. Leaning toward doing it in the blue livery, though.

Haven't built it yet, but as a former avid model builder I can say that this one is great for a beginner.

It's a "curbside" model, which means it has limited engine and suspension detail. It's all about the body and wheels, essentially.

The Japanese kits (Fujimi, Tamiya) are great when it comes to stuff being perfectly in scale and the details are spot-on. Give it a shot--at worst you wasted $30 on the kit, paint and glue.

Good find Emilio! And....GREAT, no rear wing! :p
Can you have too much Countach's on your collection... Never. :D

If someone is looking for Countach's scale models, EBAY is the right place to find it.

Example, there is atleast tree or four LP400's 1/18 by Kyosho on sale this moment.
    http://cgi.ebay.com/1-18-KYOSHO-LAMBORGHINI-COUNTACH-LP400-VERY-RARE_W0QQitemZ160348477450QQcmdZViewItemQQptZDiecast_Vehicles?hash=item255583980a&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14

And serval 1/12 by Kyosho also...... Of course the price tag is much higher but I quarantee that the quality is absolutely suberp.
    http://cgi.ebay.com/1-12-KYOSHO-LAMBORGHINI-COUNTACH-LP-400-YELLOW-LP400_W0QQitemZ230354426978QQcmdZViewItemQQptZDiecast_Vehicles?hash=item35a2319c62&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14

Also there is 1/64 sizes, but I think they are more than less somekind of Slot cars or something, atleast the scale size is not the "standard" 1/43 or 1/18 which usual scale models are.

And what comes to the IXO's, I have red LP400S (no wing), black LP5000S and silver Quattrovalvole (no wing) on 1/43 scale, the quality is quite much OK (allmoust better than McLaren F1 GTR's which I have many). The model dimensions are very right, the car looks right. Detailed interior (streeringwheel, gearknob, seats, dashboard) also enought detailed and right marks on the rear grill to show the precise model of the car. And of course the 4 tail pipes. :)

By Minichamps I have only Bugatti Blue LP400. I think they has only LP400's at 1/43 size, the quality is better than IXO's, not much; but you can see it.

Autoart, I have no experiences about them, but my assumption is, that they are atleast as good than UT Models were on their time. Maybe today they are even better. I don't know but Autoart has many Lamborghini's on their range. Miura's, Countaches, Murcielago's, Diablos....

Looksmart models, I don't know. They have many Countach's available, but I really don't know the quality. I have tryed to find out, but until this day no can say.

Everything these can be found at EBAY and the prices are quite what they should be.
Kyoshos about 100€'s side by side, and the 1/12's...how much you can ask these extremely high detailed rare models?! No price limit?
IXO's, if the price is between 50-80€, it's quite OK. Minichamps are more expensive (60-100), but the quality doesn't fail.

I can recomend all of these, Kyosho, IXO and Minichamps, Autoartmodels if you are consider to get one. :)
Hope this was helpfull atleast someone here. :)
