Stolen car...please help

Just trying to give the guy realistic sound advice, any further efforts and expenses incurred trying to claim from the insurance company is a waste of time. That route is a dead end. Only financial recourse is to recover the car. If is truly in out of the country by now then only remaining positive is to put the culprits in jail, get a civil judgement and seize any assets they may have if any.

Anyone telling you otherwise is false hope and blowing smoke up your azz.

I sold a car a similar way a few years ago and now that I think about it, it could have gone the same way this one did..

Today the accuser and I, the accused went to court. I came with a list of interesting posts that appears to show my accuser admitting he paid the 'culprit' 1800.00 in a situation in which his car disappeared after he got no info from the guy that he gave the car and the money to. Though the cops were not interested in this info at first im sure the accusers insurance company would. incidently..the cops seems to have reconsidered the importance of this and other questions that my attorney raised. result: the cops, even after having me there in the room with them...left not with me.for questioning......but it seems, instead, they left with my accuser. yes folks... the cops havent asked me any questions since the beginning of this mess. ive spent a few days in jail for this... went through all types of humiliation...was on crimestoppers...and neither crimestoppers..or the cops seem to be interested in getting my side of the story. wow.

though my name isnt clear yet....im more confident now...that after meeting me face to face..that my accuser cant possibily still be trying to finger me for this ignorant mess that he got himself and me, whom he's never met in his life (to my knowlege).

i know..i know... it felt good spitting on me because i happened to have recently taken a mug shot stemming from traffic tickets. but dispite what you vulturish (jerry springeroids) seemed to be salivating for....that is the only thing on my record. any claims that my accuser or any cop made that ive been involved in 'such scams' in the past is something we will deal with in the near future.

Meanwhile, maybe just maybe you sickos who were convinced that the poor poor 'victim'..in this case wasnt my accuser, who seems to have paid a guy 1800.00 bucks just before that guy made his car disappear, after which my accuser seems to have spent months trying to get his insurance company to pay him after they rejected his claim. hmmm..... lets see..whats a good way to get them to change their mind...oh i dont know....get somebody...anybody convicted of a crime for stealing his car....certainly then.. the insurance company cant claim he just gave the keys away. maybe, just maybe...the victim is the person that has been fingered in this mess simply because the accurser "claims' to have a piece of paper with my wife's notary seal on it...though this may or may not be true............HOW IN THE WORLD IS THAT IRREFUTABLE EVIDENCE THAT I WAS THE GUY THAT GAVE YOU THAT PAPER????..... IF YOU, AFTER SEEING ME TODAY CAN STILL LOOK IN THE MIRROR AND CLAIM THAT I WAS THE GUY THAT GAVE YOU THAT PAPER....TOOK YOUR MONEY AND CAR...AND DROVE OFF INTO THE SUNSET, YOU AND I KNOW FULL WELL THAT ITS NOT ME WHO IS THE SLIMEBALL HERE. and perhaps....taht is why it was you, not I that seems to have left the courtroom for further questioning today....not me.

I expect that my name will be completely cleared within a month. whether my accuser has the integrity to take part in that or not. even if it takes a while longer...perhaps for future reference you folks ought to begin your 'detective' hobby cases not with the accused...but the accuser...you know...like if a wife suddenly claims her husband is missing, she is at least a considered a 'person of interest'...and has to be eliminated as having a hand in that disappearance.

It must be nice to get such support as this guy got for what could in the end....may well have been him simply duping all of you.... lets see if you folks can now actually come at this like human beings.
