A Burberry Chavrolet? (or am I misunderstanding the word plaid) Tough color to match, but it came out rather nice Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Done quick on one side for an impression. Could look great, but I think they just went for on top lights nonetheless since all late Ferrari's have that Image Unavailable, Please Login
Do note, the calipers on the Scuderia are placed at an angle, while as the 458 has them vertical. (too much time to fix that for too little gain ) Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Your F430 looks lovely, thanks. Here you go Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Jim, great work with all of the color/cs/scud versions you've made. All the wheel versions look great too! Eye candy with so many flavors.
Jim, thanks a lot. You keep this thread alive. Every time I check this there is so much new material to choose from. This will be my "data base" when final speccing will have to be done. Let your creativity flow buddy. Thanks. Cheers, M
Very nice combination, it's like Vignale from the past and Lancia Bicolore from today. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Also made the rear deck black, which makes it look more complete, though the subtleness of two-twone is completely lost, its kinda racy now Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Great job on the photo shop Jim! This car simply looks tremendous any way you slice it. Would you mind posting pics of one done with red exterior with black roof, black rear deck, black front grille, black scuderia wheels, red calipers, red side view mirrors, and the shields? Thanks!
Thanks, if you ever visit around the middle of the Netherlands or one of the big Italian events (Viva Italia etc.) be sure to show me your car then I like the FXX! Nice job. And the red ring around the black wheels looks classic too. It does! Quite elegant actually. I'm interested to see if Ferrari will offer any two-tone options especially seeing the popularity of two-tone here, the design seems to be made for it (without the rear deck though if I have to guess). But perhaps if a customer wants it done they have to step to Ferrari Personalisation, with a lot of cash I pressume. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Gorgeous combo! Looks way better without the black hood, IMO. Even a black roof alone would look amazing but the black rear deck seems to work very well together. Great thread and thanks for your contribution! I too hope Ferrari is listening and does a similar concept down the road or through their Atelier service.
When I first saw the Scud, I thought those wheels don't like they belong on that car. Now I see the same wheels on this car and they look the bees knees.
Thanks Jim, that looks awesome. I am envisioning the black roof and black rear decklid done with clear coated naked carbon fiber. May be possible through the atelier, but I am sure absurdly expensive. Would be slick, though.....Maybe even a carbon fiber lower rear diffuser to tie it all together.....
These variations are just amazing. This is outstanding work. And, the car looks great in just about any form -- which is a great indication of just how good it is. Really, really beautiful!
this thread OWNS ALL!!! gimme one in Nero Daytona with yellow calipers and yellow stitching and im set...
WOW.. the Cali rims actually look good on the 458...never thought id see the day those rims would look nice ! lol
Jim, thank you for all the photoshopping you did for all of us the last days, it is a great source of inspiration. this car just SCREAMS to be able to be ordered in two-tone, the whole way the whole roof section stands on top of it is just perfect to do so, even or may be especially when seen from above. what a great car, i would be very nervous if i had to decide on colors already.....so luckily enough i first have to earn one ;-)
