    Hey guys,

I'm flying into Seattle tomorrow and spending a day or so there on the way home from Alaska. If anyone around here is interested, I'll have some time to kill on Saturday, Aug 1st and would love to shoot some photos, no charge :)

I've included some examples of my previous work for anyone interested -- more is available by the links in my signature. Hope to see some friendly faces this weekend :)

Awesome shots. If you need an assistant I might be persuaded to drive up and help out.

I greatly appreciate this offer. I'm flying out of Seattle around 11 on Sunday AM, so unless it's super early I'm gonna have to take a raincheck. I'll have to plan a trip back with some extra time for this!

Thanks. I'll let you know what comes of it :)

Thanks Vic! I will try to make it over and check out this event, I'm staying at the Hilton downtown which looks to be nearby. What I'm really looking for is an individual car or two to shoot some more dramatic photography as seen above...maybe there will be some takers at the show?

I would've loved to have you shoot mine along with a CGT, CS, 16M, etc. But Sunday is the only time I could've made it. Maybe I'll catch you at some other point down the road. I do _love_ your work too. :D

Good to meet you today at E@RTC, any photos of Tegeler's photoshoot at West Seattle would be great to see.

Salt, but I know your Q was rhetorical.
The salt in the sand there is very caustic when mixed with water. They have several military ranges for determining RCS of various airborne vehicles. Upon a visit there we were shuttled out in a 4 year old GM king cab truck that already had holes rusted out in it.

I did! I missed most of it but got there late after another photoshoot. I have been totally backlogged in other work all week, I'm hoping to press through it and get the photos I shot in Seattle online over the weekend.

Thanks! That your car I saw on Saturday? Beautiful!!! I think I got a couple photos in the parking lot :)

It ain't salt ;-) White Sands is a rare formation of gypsum dunes. Slightly finer than beach sand and very white. Noncorrosive so far as I know, washes off easily.

Amazing how much work piles up when you leave town (for weeks on end). I am just about done with the primary frame of the member photoshoot I did in Seattle last weekend. I had some fun with this and even found a nice way to incorporate some of the weekend festivities :) Hope you guys enjoy!
