    Thanks Stephane,

Seemed like an often used angle, so I just rotated (twisted) the camera a bit and the results were pleasing.

    Cheers, Hank

    Yo Rik,

I seem to do it differently from most Cab owners. During the summer months in Los Angeles (especially the Valley), it's so bloody hot that I leave the top up and the air on medium. My A/C is so efficient, I don't want to get out of the car !!

It's during the winter months, that I love driving with the top down. Call me goofy:)

The muffler is an XOST (made for the Mondial t, not a 348) and the cats are Hyperflows. Amazing music !!

    Cheers,

    Hank

Nah, she's family.........and hey, their kids went to school in this car. I'm sure there is nothing but love in her heart for this old girl.

    Cheers mate,

    Hank

I've only seen one like this one and it was for sale some time ago, in the northwest, I think. It's a very unique and striking color combination. I like it. Wonder how it all would look if the front and rear valences along with the side bottom runners, were all painted body color. Can someone do a Photoshop of that ? - - just for fun:)

    Cheers,

    Hank

Definitely not goofy Hank, I believe the UK has one of the best weather conditions for open top cars, yes I know it rains a bit but when the rain stops the roof can come down and you are cool and no fear of sunburn :). My wife has a Miata (Mazda MX5). My brother has a CLK320 and I have yet to see it with the top up :D

    Hey Malc,

I have a pet saying - "I turn on my AC when the sun comes up!". That sentiment usually applies to me and my Southern California (hot) summer months.

I really love the feeling of a brisk and breezy winter day with those big fat white cumulus clouds overhead and the sun shining in between. Even if it's cold, I'll drop Rachel's top, turn on a bit of warmth - and - DRIVE !!!

    Anyway - - Here comes Michael & Ferrari !!

    Cheers, Hank

Hank, sorry for late reply: my A/C is good too...only trouble lately, as of this morning for instance, is the "OFF" button doesn't make anything go OFF...always running. Gotta take apart the controls and see why it's not making propercontact....but the way I work, will probably be done next Summer.

That is very interesting top. Only rendering of such I've ever seen. Wonder if it were an option as if after market, it looks identical to the original = great aftermarket work, or [suspecting] OEM> can you let us know if OEM?

Hey Rik.......Bet you've been hitting that "OFF" button much like you hit the "RETURN" key on your keyboard-----------BANG!!!! Good luck fixing it - but then, as for the time of year, imagine if you couldn't turn it "ON" !!!!! "Help me, I'm melting" :(

I would still like to see a PS of the bottom of that beautiful Mondi t Cab painted body color - - all red with a crema top.........hmmmmm :)

    Cheers, Hank

they won't let mine into Infineon as needing a roll-bar.....guess that track doesn't require. Interesting.
