You guys are killing me! I think the worst thing I did was to sell my 85 GT5-S. Roughly 12 yrs later, I missed buying it back within a week from the guy I sold it to.
I spotted this one the other day on my way to play tennis. Car looked amazing in person. Sorry for the crappy cell phone pics.. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
This looks to be a cool story on a low mileage mostly original car: http://1974pantera.blogspot.com/2009/07/search.html Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
HOLY SMOKES!!!!! A GT5S!!!! I would sell my blood for that car. I have ZERO interest in Lambos Ferraris, whatever any time I see one of the those!!!
Here a few more on my recent trip to Le Mans for the 24 Hour in June, parked on the way down through northern France at a coffee stop, and in th hotel car park on a rainy first day. Did anyone hear Adam Corolla's discussion of Panteras on his new "CarCast?" Funny stuff. Basically, he said they were undervalued (really?), collectible, and mostly driven by d0uchebags who add wide fenders, wings, and deep dish wheels. Lucas.
Adam Carrolla, from what I know about him, he 'invests' in 350 GT's and 400GT's Lamborghini's....not that they aren't gorgeous cars, but I would have at least advised to acquire a downdraft Countach!
Yeah well I'm a ******bag then cuz nothing is more appealing to me than a completely decked out GT5S. Hell on wheels really!
Not at all, actually....just mentioning it. I think nice Panteras are rather expensive, and I LOVE huge fenders, wheels, and wings. I've been told my taste is questinable, though.
One more, The Pantera on display, taken yesterday at the annual Phoenix park Motor Race meeting Image Unavailable, Please Login
Yep, we (Octane.ie) had a display of members cars there. Paddock based in Farmleigh, an ideal paddock venue, but too far away from the main circuit.
