Interesting idea, but wrong. The turntable will put your cat inside, but will not turn it around to drive away forward. When you turn the car back outside, it will point in the direction that you entered, thus rendering the turntable useless.
Did you see the video where is shows the ramp come up so he can roll out of the garage. SLICK Seemed odd to me at first, and completely over complicated, but it made sense after I saw this: http://www.designdriven.us/images/ConceptGarage_winner_image2.jpg It appears to me that those disc must be massive 20ft in diameter??
Hmmm, but his driveway in the picture looks like a dead end so it wouldn't work. If there was a circle drive it would work well.
While looking at homes today, I saw a garage filled with Corvettes, Ferraris, Mustangs and Camaros from the 80s, brand new, never driven, with the Monroney label still in the windows! Unbelievable.
