The rumor is now fact! ! !

Lord Drayson switches to a P1 Lola/Judd coupe for Petit and Laguna Seca.

    Here's the link: http://mwmfantasyindycar.blogspot.com/2009/08/brand-new-lmp1-drayson-lola-world.html

I am hoping that the Union Jack will be on the doors and cockpit as is currently on the roof of the Aston.

Hoping that Darren Turner will be the third driver at Petit with Paul and Jonny.

    Fantastic news from the UK.

    Carol

The R8LMS's are running at the Nurburgring this weekend ! I think Michael may be referring to their big cousins coming to Petit??

Now here's a thought - wouldn't it be just really the cats pajamas if Nigel/Greg and the other guy come over and run the Ginetta P1 car too???

While I am thinking of it, should the Audi hospitality fall flat on it's face.....could you toss in a few lawn chairs??? please??? did you buy your tickets yet??? deadline for advanced sale tickets on line is 9-18...looks like ours will be $65 each and your's $75 and you'll be going to the Thursday night practice, right??
parking pass is $40, but wasn't that free with Audi??? you could make four rings out of cardboard and stick it on your Chevrolet emblem!! here's this from the website:

IMPORTANT: Deadline for Advance Ticket "PRICE" - 09/18/2009. Deadline for Mailing Ticket Orders is - 09/11/2009.
All orders placed after 09/11/2009 will be put in WILL CALL. You will NOT be billed for shipping.
All Out of Country orders will be put in WILL CALL. You will NOT be billed for shipping.

There will be an $8.00 handling/shipping charge or after 09/11/2009 $3.00 for Will Call.
The deadline for advance ticket sales is 5:00 pm EST on 09/18/2009. Children 12 and under are free. Please call 1-800-849-7223 for more information.

no, haven't bought tickets yet - we'll buy for Scott and Kim too. Did we buy tickets separate from hospitality last year?? don't remember.....I don't want to loose out on the limited infield parking passes either....Andy will email me as soon as he knows something, and I'll call you as soon as I know yeah or ney...speculation on sites is that the silent cousins running will be announced about Mosport (end of summer break for the Germans) - I'll check email over weekend and get you some photos of the Formula Le Mans cars....adios

I understand Rob Bell has been offered the drive.
Love Paul Drayson's choice to take that car proper endurance sportscar racing, as he said, instead of sprint sportscar racing.

Watch Mansell in the Ginetta-Zytek at Silverstone. How'd Mansell Racing go in ALMS? Nige wants to set the boys careers on track. Could happen.

For Sebring we had to buy gate tickets separate from hospitality. At Petite all gate and parking tickets were included with hospitality. 9/11 to avoid will call although it's not that bad. If Andrew gets set up we avoid it anyway.
