I have a business interest that isn't ready for prime time. However some people that may be interested may well be car guys. Especially but not limited to persons that own dealerships.

I am seeking team builders that like to win and understand sales.

I know of people elsewhere nationally, but nobody readily comes to mind here so I thought I'd give this a try.

Anyone? Your help is very valuable and greatly appreciated.

    My sincere thanks,
    Stan

Are you looking for Race car drivers or for dealerships? Your post is a little Vague... a good friend of mine races in SCCA and was the national champion for his class last year in an underpowered, overweight car...

if you want to PM me what you are looking for, I can forward it along to him

I believe that the people that I should look for are business people. They are people that are team builders that understand sales most likely. When I think of who those people are, two distinct professions come to mind. One are real estate brokers and the other are auto dealers. Both of those types are my kind of people, fun loving winners. I also love real estate and cars so it's a natural for me.

Here is an example. Roger Penske. Well that is probably a stretch. But the example is relevant in that he has multiple auto dealerships. That plus he bought Saturn. He is competitive, understands how to build a team and win.

People with multiple car dealerships would be ideal IMO.

Rick Hendrick owns 80 dealerships for instance. The fellow I'm looking for doesn't have to own that many, or any at all. They should be in some business though.

Thanks for your interest. I'll be in touch. It sounds to me like you have a freind who is a winner.

I work at a flagship Penske dealership, have won many national and regional racing championships including being on auto manufacturer's teams and am local to you. You're post is still very vague. PM me some details if you want any of my input.

The only two things I really know are sales and cars. Both are in my blood. I do not own a dealership but I understand the automobile industry as well as anyone. I'm not sure how any of that plays into your business plan, but I'd be happy to hear more about your plans and perhaps offer my input.

I've been involved in a sales capacity at a few startups and would love to hear more about the opportunity.

Please PM me details if you're still looking.
