    That is one very, very highly modified 308. Standard 308's don't sound or go anything like that one.

    Well that is a new thing that I learnt today:D.The other two glass cars that I have seen didnt have that mror rather the black plastic type.Is that for Aussie spec cars or general?

    They only had one on the drivers side as standard. Obviously fitted at some point along the way.
    The mirror is a Fiat item if I recall correctly and is readily available.

    They are actually made by Italian Company Vitaloni as used on Fiats,Alafs and numerous other brands including BIMOTA motorcycles...eg DB1 etc.....

    246's left the factory with no mirrors and these were fitted at dealership level with what was period at the time. I suspect 308's were the same

    They were fitted at dealership level everywhere it seems but always Vitaloni whether UK, Aus or US. Some dealerships fitted pairs apparently, going on my reading in the 3x8 section.
