Matt, are you kidding me?? love the garage! I vote a fall foliage tour...which is a few weeks away. Great roads from Glastonbury to your place...sounds like we meet bright and early in Glastonbury then head over. Just need to figure out a date now... (and we'll be sure to bring Ferrari baby gifts )

 

Sorry. I live near Mass. in Broad Port, err Broad Brook, and get the shoreline towns confused. I still can't go. If something changes I hope its OK if I tag along.

 

Of course it's ok. Should be a great road tour. Lane and I just finished mapping it out.

 

I would be up for a ride to Columbia. Its a nice ride out from Glastonbury.

 

I am not taking any long rides till I can get my engine light problem corrected. I finally went back to work, so now I can start saving my overtime money toward getting the car fixed. Enjoy your ride guys.

 

The only thing I know how to do by myself (we're talking cars now), is drive them. This car has to go to Jay's guy in Pennsylvania or Phil Vecc's guy in New Hampshire. It has already been to a shop in MA and a shop in CT with no fixes.

 

Joe, I would highly recommend Black Horse. They are great and a (somewhat) local drive. I would be happy to follow you down and drive you back if needed. I described your issue to them the last time I was there and they felt it was the high flow cats. They said the high flow cats have a tendency to trip the Check Engine. They have other customers that they had to remedy the same issue for. Only downside is there is about a 2 week wait to get in. If you want, I could PM you John's (owner) email and phone number.

Craig, what is the plan for Sat? Meet at Denny's around 10:30AM then head over to your house from there? How far away is that? It is looking good for me to make it on Sat, but not sure I can make the meeting time (might need to go right to your house).

I have a dentist appointment at 8:15, so hopefully out by 9:15, back to the house by 10:00 to pick up the TR, so Wetsport arrival might be around 11:00AM at best. My buddy Bill may take a ride down with me as well (needs to check with the boss tonight).

The plan is to go on the road tour from Denny's leaving there about 11 (but we're flexible), so we can always wait for you to get there, if you call at let us know you are on the way. I'll PM you my cell phone number. We would rather have you join us on the tour so you get to have some fun driving with us. We will end up at my place around 12-12:30, have some lunch and cold drinks and just relax. BTW, we are meeting at Denny's in WESTBROOK, not Westport (big difference).

Lane, yeh, that's the guy. He would be "Shot Gun" in the TR. He still has not gotten the clutch spring repaired in the 911.

Mrs.AVFPolo is taking a pair of her prized equine critters to exhibit before a show judge and I'm on barn duty to ensure that the critters remaining at the farm don't conspire to overthrow the management.
