no only got 3 points against my name. Speaking to a few Goverment people today at the footy and its being looked at.
Hope it was not the four nerds that proposed this about three years ago - big laugh came when the simulation had cars crashing into each other at 59.99 kph Liberace style - they had not thought that someone would still have to put the brakes on when someone had stopped in front. Tossers and being paid far more than what they should be - bet the department paid for their tickets to the footy as well. Grumpy from Kew
Government people talk all the time, it makes them look like they are doing something. You try getting a public servant to actually do anything resembling work and see how far you go
Years ago the Irish Transport Administration thought that it would be a great idea to drive on the right hand side of the road as most of the young guys & girls were heading off to the US and it would be great practice for the young ones. After a lot of meetings, minutes and reference gathering that went back for approval the interim report came back with a positive yes - but with the recommendation for the first year only trucks would drive on the right. It was reported that on the first Monday, Sean the controller said that as there were a few truck drivers that could not read [or spell Q] we will give it a miss until we get it all worked out. Sean was later selected by the Irish Traffic Administration to travel to Melbourne, Australia to study "hook turns" Grumpy of Kew [read the Age today, house prices down 24%]
Yip but that was in Broadmeadows - the minus 24% was in Kew. Grumpy from Kew [read every line in the HUN]
