    Chad,

I have been watching on the web over the years how garages have really transformed and now one can actually find books at the book store about upgraded (dream) garages. A bit different then would I would like as these are mostly garages with older American muscle cars and older car memorabilia.

The Maserati best real garage from Holger Schubert was just plain superb! Open spaces and lots of windows really pull things together and the view at night must be something special. Lots of room for social car gatherings or just being at ease without feeling to cramp with a car near by. The dawn of a new age of how we own & store our sports cars is amongst us.

While I'm a big fan of Modern Design I still treasure the old world Mediterranean style. Who doesn't?

With newer average homes being built the issues is still at large, small and has to share space with washing & dryer, lawn, etc... Then there is the issue of an unfinished garage to reduce overall home cost up front. I must know of at least 3 homes new and used with unfinished garages. All 3 home owners don’t even care about exotic sports cars or have one? It's a big expense to finish off the garage in the way pictures are posted here. It's everyone's (Ferrari Owners) idea at some point to upgrade the garage to reflect on the cars design on rainy days when one can not be out on the open roads enjoying the accelerating speed and sound.

For those that have more funds to spend on a home and who are car enthusiast you can guarantee they will have some sort of upgraded garage. But, who’s spending more for upgrades, the average guy or the new custom home owner with unlimited funds?

Keep them upgraded garage design coming…

    Ciao,

    SRR

Can anybody quote me a price for a five car "Dream Garage" job?

What does something like that run?

That is really impressive, and I love the wall decorations you put up.

What are the cars all the way in the back with the white-walls?

    Thanks for sharing.

if memory serves (I'm sure Napolis will correct), I think they're a Stutz DV32 in the foreground and a Duesenberg J in the background.

    Great pics!

Obviously, the Sultan's collection of cars is amazing. In my opinion, I don't consider it a garage though. It's an empty warehouse full of great cars. I think this thread is geared towards actual garages with heart and soul. We should probably keep the thread open...........

Garage, or warehouse who the hell cares. Jims garage is a warehouse with heart and soul and I'm sure this guy's has a big heart and big soul to spend the cash for those rides. I think we should keep this thread to all garages and warehouses it does now matter if it's a warehouse or one garage it houses cars.

I honestly don't see the point of owning that many cars. They clearly do not get driven, so he might as well charge admission, seeing as it is now a museum. You can't call that passion or soul either, he just bought one of everything new on the market it seems like...

Also, -1 for no Challenge Stradale.

his chevy ford section was odd. like buy me that one. no rhyme or reason to color choice. why so many of the new mustang? very random. like he told his buyers to get one and didn't care about anything but the best deal. don't know if that seems odd and hell what do I know mine are all white. the CS would be cool but it would just sit and that's sad. enzos 40's and 288's mostly just sit their whole life anyway. why add that one.

we have a collector up in the NW with 1000's of cars (most he had never even seen before he died) and he collected the same way. very random. the only thing he can say is he has every corvette made. that's pretty cool if you like corvettes.
