What color? I think the guy who crashed his GT-R at the cruise a couple weeks ago said he was a professor or something (I may be mistaken!)...
Actually ignore this, turns out I was kinda right kinda wrong...he was at Hyundai and they called him back to Porsche and then offered him more moola and he's back at Hyundai! I knew I wasn't going crazy!

Vasco, I saw this car last week. And I saw it again on Friday around QEW/Hurontario exit. Its definitely real......the exhaust pipes told me so!
Definitely worth the U-turns to see the Countach! The camera issue on the first picture reminded me of some of the freakshow replicas I've seen on ebay (everything else in the photo still looked like it had a normal perspective to it). They're getting rarer than hen's teeth!
I bet the owner was sitting across the street laughing his ass off from the patio at Spuntini's or Sotto Sotto What's even funnier is that I stopped across the street to take the pic while in my GTI VR6 (Not too shabby I know) and some guy is like "Nice GTI man". So I gave him a thumbs up anyway. I'm thinking...does this guy even see the Countach across the street?
Im not entirely certain that this is the same car - but the owner of a well known restaurant and pasta & sauce products in Mississauga owned this car ( but i dont ever recall it having a wing )..They have since moved from their Mississauga Rd. home where is was parked outside in the summer...
Mississauga Rd huh? That's less than a km from me; MississaugaRd & Dundas... never seen a Countach though. I've seen a couple F430s, Gallardos, an SLR once, and Continentals galore, but no Countach. I've seen one Countach back in '98 or '99 on the way back from Wasaga Beach on the 400, and a couple Diablos in Meadowvale.
Correction: I meant Saturday. I have no idea why I typed Thursday. Anyway, other notable spots from Saturday include: Giallo Modena F430 Scuderia (WOW!!!) Tour de France Blue 550 Maranello (Beautiful colour!) Grigio Silverstone 599 GTB Fiorano (Also a very attractive colour!) Cobalt Blue 997 Twin Turbo (Nice colour, but I still prefer Guards Red.)
