Hey guys, I am making a poll to hear about problems that people experience on a daily/weekly basis. I'm looking for small inconveniences mainly. I.E. spilling coffee on your lap every day. I would greatly appreciate anyone's response but I won't be giving answers for your problems because this is just to help me out with my poll. Thanks guys :)

Interesting concept - I'm not in the Florida section, but it caught my eye.

I have lately been having a problem with business associates who will LIE
THROUGH THEIR TEETH, in the nicest possible way, to get what they want.
Which of course later backfires on ME, after giving whatever go-ahead for
a project, dealer application, etc. - why can't people be more honest in
business transactions???? Maybe I'm just gullible, but this trend is on the
up-tick in my business which is making me question EVERYBODY so I don't get
burned again.... and I'm not a newbie to business - this seems a new trend
in my own particular life that wasn't here in years past like it is now.

[soap box mode off - back to Seattle area issues :D]

Bad drivers--ALWAYS, but this morning, I had a lady cut me off while pulling out of my neighborhood...she missed me by a millimeter. She proceeded to tailgate me all the way down the expressway, the exit ramp, and into my office park. I ditched her in one of the roundabouts, but WTF?! Twenty minutes of tailgating!! I was fuming and unfortunately, I'll probably be seeing a lot more of her.

I'm sure I'll think of more things later, but I'm obviously still a little fired up and found a nice place for a mini rant. :)

Hey. Sorry guys, I meant smaller problems than these. I do, however, appreciate your responses and would be glad to hear of any that are more along the lines of "small inconveniences". I just changed the info about the question to clear things up. Thanks again :)

I had a Navajo Taco this morning. It was quite delicious.

Problem: Sadly, I had only one. Then, as now, I wish there were more.

Not a problem during the summer, but in the dry months I get static shocks when I shut the car door almost daily. It is super aggravating!

Chopsticks should come pre-burnished. Hate the burnishing to ensure good grip.

Oh, and having the dry cleaner do 'light starch' when I EXPLICITLY asked for 'medium'

Not to forget when McDonalds puts my 'for here' order in a bag and I don't have a tray.

    How's that? :D

Yelling? That would've been entirely too kind. I was sort of fantasizing about dragging her out of the car window by her hair and shoving my high heel where the sun doesn't shine, but with my luck it probably would've been my boss' wife! :D

Smaller inconvenience? I can't stand when people ask for help with stupid things that can easily be done by themselves. I'm a nice person, I almost always offer help when I see it's needed, but I'm also very self sufficient and don't ask for help unless I absolutely CANNOT do something alone...and I wish more people were that way.

People who ask questions and want to take a poll, without giving any answers or reasoning as to why they're asking................. LOL!! (kidding!!) ;)

Ok.........the list of things that annoy me is so f'king long, that I have to pick a few:

    1) Lawn service that breaks your sprinklers.
    2) Whiny spoiled kids screaming and running around a restaurant while you're trying to eat a relaxing meal.
    3) People who park so f'king close to you, that you need a can-opener to get back into your car.
    4) Trying to decide if you should tell someone that there's toilet paper stuck to their shoe, or a booger hanging in their nose.
    5) Getting a steak that isn't cooked enough, sending it back to be cooked a bit more, and then getting it back overcooked.
    6) Obama's reckless spending, and the entire system of rewarding deadbeats at the expense of hard working conservative people.
    7) Going to the bathroom for #2, getting showered and clean, and then realizing that you have to go to the bathroom again.
    8) Car dealerships and/or mechanics that are sloppy, or don't give a f'k about your things. And, car dealerships that advertise inexpensive lease program pricing, with small print details that ultimately f'k you up. (ie Lease a new Lexus for only $20 per month, - small print= $40,000 cap cost reduction - LOL)
    9) Being stuck in a middle seat, in between 'the fat guy' and 'the smelly guy' on an airplane. Or, being excited about having row 10 on an airplane, until you realize that there are only 10 rows on the plane.
    10) Running out of cash at a strip club.
    11) Automated telephone sytems that are a maze, without the ability to get to a live person with 1/2 a brain.
    12) Trying to act cool on a date, and doing something stupid.
    13) Tossing and turning all night without being able to sleep, then an hour before your alarm clock goes off you finally fall fast asleep, only to be woken up by the alarm clock.
    14) People who think wrestling is real.
    15) People who say 'it's always in the last place you'd look' - like, yeah, no sh*t.....does anyone keep looking after they found it??
    16) People who order a f'king fillet-o-fish at a McDonald's drive through, knowing that they'll make everyone else wait for the thing.
    17) The beeping noise at the checkout counter at Wal-Mart.
    18) Banks that ask you for ID to deposit money.
    19) The drug commercials with the 'side effect' warnings that are almost more scary than the problem that one is trying to solve.
    20) People on welfare and food stamps that find enough money for cigarettes and lottery tickets.

There are so many more things that annoy me...........but this is a good start............LOL!!! :D

Dealing with painters, drywall guys, plumbers and all the rest of the trades that have no clue in the world other than their own specialty. The drywall guy is too friggin' stupid to cover the furniture when he is sanding thus leaving a nice layer dust all over new sofas. The lawn guys blow crap in the pool. I could go on and on but it is amazing to me how bad the average level of performance is in construction.

    18) I know 18 sounds weird but the reason is that a lot of people will set up a bank account to launder bad money. Instead of making the deposits themselves, they use strippers, drug addicts, homeless people, etc. to deposit the bad money and further insulate themselves from getting caught. By ID'ing the depositor you at least have a starting point to find the real account holder.

    20) My mom used to be a mail lady back in the day and got so pissed off because she would deliver people their cable bills along with their food stamps!

    Things that annoy me:

    1) People who throw in apostrophes' for' no apparent reas'on. Especially whenever they see the letter "s'."

    2) People who put periods outside of "quotation marks".

    3) People who take a really, really long time to order food at a fast food restaurant. How frickin' hard is it to say "I'll take the number __ combo with a coke, regular size?"

    4) People who've lived in America for years, yet can't speak a word of English. There is no excuse. I didn't speak English to everyone when I lived in Europe for several years. I didn't expect people to speak English to me either. I don't expect you to be fluent but at least know enough to be conversant.

    5) People who are incompetent.

    6) People whom you hire for something and it turns out they are incompetent.

    7) Sand between my toes after I leave the beach.

I better stop before I get depressed. Time to think of good things.

    Scott

I was going to say something funny - like incontinence - not full blown pants peeing, but a little drip not and then --- of course even THAT is a BIG PROBLEM.

seriously, I keep walking into the other room and forgetting why I went there. Of course, once I go back into the first room, I then remember when I went into the second room. So, I go back into the second room. Sometimes, I still remember why I am there - othertimes I forget again.

    What was the question?

LMAO!! You're so crazy, Fred! Good list. I agree with just about all of those esp. the car lease bs! I was looking at leasing a car a week ago and after I read the fine print and added up the dealer fees, insane down pmts (with no option to buy!), etc. I wanted to know who the hell would actually make such a "deal."

A couple more for me: spelling errors and "irregardless."

    Dear Ferraristi,

    Ohhhh......I might like that ! :D

Now who what it that started that reckless spending in the first place....oh yeah, those conservative folks over at the bush regime. Cheney..." deficits don't matter"

    Sooo...your grandparents OK with that?

    Now....THAT'S FUNNY !

...next time, just make sure the "floors are polished"

    My problem?

I'm still looking for a tall thin blonde in a short tight dress......do I really ask for so much?

hmm.....tall, thin and dress don't go with Polk county......unfortunately, where my business has to be located.
