    I think I might need to replace the thermostat. Do I need to pull the whole housing out? How much coolant will spill out. Also there is a hole I would need to drill in the new thermo?

    Will change it out asap. Hope it will solve my cooling issue.

    If you are deep down in there make sure to check this coolant nipple (it feeds the coolant expansion/recirculation tank). It can get VERY plugged-up.
