Wow. There are just so many things wrong with that design...I don't know where to begin. A mix of SLR, S2000, and a SC430. Major departure from some of the concept photos we saw...and not in a good way.

    I think it's AWESOME!!!!!

It's a cross between a MB and Skyline.
    Very aggresive styling and powerful!!!!

    Thanks,
    UZY

Meh...I don't know what to think of it.

I like the front, but he rear-end looks very wrong (IMO).

.... I still prefer the older model SL (02-07) better than the SLS, SLR, SLR-!@#$E, and the newer SL's. At least have the decency to use more rounded headlights and finish off the roof and C-pillar with something better than what's lifted off a Dodge Viper. Also that rear end is so disturbing it was probably designed by someone at Renault.

Im not seeing the comparison to the Z8 which I consider one of the best looking cars of all time.

Im not really sure how I feel about this SLS. Its not attractive to me but it sure is a ballsy design.

+100! The only thing I like is the front graphics. The shape of the roof is just so...sedan! Did the designers not have enough energy to google the original gullwing?! Now that is how it should be done! I guess this is all the more reason to go for the recreation.

Mercedes will be borrowing VW's old ad slogan for this, but with a twist:

This isn't the old days with chrome bumpers and tilt away steering wheels. For a certain demographic that grew up with the old cars however the SLS will likely be a hit. For those less than happy with the visuals there is always something Italian to pick up instead. No shortage of car choices elsewhere to in the next couple of years...

I like it. I think if it's produced in limited numbers it will be a success.

    Exactly what I was thinking.

The front looks very aggressive but the back looks awkward.

Decently nice car but it doesn't look like it should cost anywhere near $250k... more like $100k.
