    which aren't included in those listed prices as i was told over the phone by someone working there. So those prices are just for the plate itself without parts.......

    Fixed it for you.

    lets face it a good 355 is about $150k these days, (challenge cars not included), a crap one can be had for $120-$130k ish (but who would want one of those, certainly not me), and although a repaint doesnt make a car bad, it is going to remove it from the "good one" group because most Ferrari owners dont want a colour changed car.
