    He told Auto Motor and Sport that as those three who needed points the most ended up on the podium, he assumes that the race was manipulated. LOL! You can say what you want, but that guy has BALLS! :D

    Agreed. He's under examination for being complicit in race fixing, so he's trying to make it appear as though 'race manipulation' is a common thing in F1. If he can't prove innocence, he's trying to mitigate the seriousness of his actions to have any potential punishment reduced in severity.

    I personally think he was being sarcastic...

    On the other hand I do believe that Piquet crashed deliberately. If it is 100% true, not only will it hurt Piquet, but also Renault/briatore but moreso Alonso. To me it sounds like the double world champ actually needed help just to get a win in the bag...

    I'm sure he meant this in sarcasm, as if Spa being fixed was just as likely as Piquet's supposedly staged crash. Still, it was a pretty stupid thing to say.
