Does anyone produce a smaller version of the challenge grill? By this I mean one with less black metal screen and more stock solid metal color?

Have it powder coated the way you want.

If you want a solid panel with grill in the middle, kind of like a 430, take it to a shop and have it modified. Any competent shop should be able to cut a hole in the middle, roll the edges, and attach studs to bolt on the middle grill. Then have it powder coated to taste.

There is an aftermarket rear 360 grill that has hexagon shaped holes in it that are much larger holes that the stock 360 challenege grill, and the whole grill does not have holes, just two rectangular sections of it on eithe side of the horse in the middle. It is for sale on ebay from time to time. Sorry I could not find pic.

We do a similar style, it's probably the most efficient for cooling.
Have a look on our website.:)
