Bumping this for more updates and pic :D

Today I saw an Ultima GTR enroute to Wellington, a DB9 and an Audi R8. Great morning drive to Welly I'd say!

Any recent pics from other kiwis?

Yeah! Run tomorrow with around 20 cars, weather looking good, car looking shiny n new after all day cleaning, polishing, leather feeding etc. Oh and thats after throttle cable broke, lost first and reverse (careless I know) and exhaust mount broke and split a pipe. All good now and should be a great weekend!

Saw a late model yellow Lamborghini Gallardo parked in the carpark at Wendys of all places in Great South Road, Ellerslie, Auckland .... just down the road from my workplace at lunchtime today! It was parked discretely behind a small truck.

I don't have any pics as my cellphone memory was full.

Everyone was watching with bated breath to see if it would use the drive-through. However the driver ended up dining in.

I think the market is coming back here, all reports I hear are positive, not sure we will see 10% growth but I think 3-5% will be easily achievable over the next 12 months.

Mate they left here over a year ago. Huge gap between Bank lending (to 80%, clean, fully verified etc etc, yawn) to non-Bank lending, like double the interest rate and half the LVR. You got out at the right time, wish I could too!

    that is what I reckon.
Rams were doing 80% lvr subject to clean credit and payment history, now borrower must provide last 12 months bank statement showing tax paid and the last year of Bass lodgements,so nearly full doc but without P/L or Anls.
huge gap here and new credit laws coming in,still a good space for private lending ie at 65 to 70% lvr at rate return of about 9 to 10% for 1st's or 15 to 18% for 2nd mge's.
