FYI, I've been informed that Saturday's venue is a cash-only operation. Although there were some reception issues at times last trip, those who have them may want to bring Motorolas...Two of mine are still out there somewhere

Then again, I suppose in the interest of moral support, we could change the meet spot to your place...
Hey guys we have a Nascar racer (Wes) joining the group tomorrow with his wife and his Testarossa. I believe Wes is in his 70s and is still racing often in his golden years (albeit in lower tiers) but he is very well known around the racing circles and very accomplished! Let's welcome him tomorrow; he is driving up from Menlo Park. 1. Al 2. Bob 3. Albert with "possibly" Kirby as navigator and drive historian 4. RSQP 5. Tom +1 6. Joe 7. Jay 8. J.D. + 1 9. Jeff 10. Hey everyone. I just got the recall letter for the Scud rear tires. I'm having the car flatbedded into FoSF next week. Jessica also has not been feeling well for the last few days so we won't be attending tomorrow morning. I sincerely apologize for the late notice. Below is an updated "list'

Bummer about that, moogle. Wish Jessica the beat and we'll see you next time. Put some miles on your tires before you get the new ones. Just keep it under 168 like the letter says.
It sounds like someone needs a little gentle persuasion or peer pressure. Too late to cancel. Isn't there a 24hr rule?
Thank you for everything RSQP Tuan it was great to see you again at the FoSF event! Albert, (if you're reading this) it was a pleasure to finally meet you. What a coincidence that you know my neighbor with the California! Hope he succumbs to peer pressure and joins us next time.
Sorry guys, I am out too. I have too much to do tomorrow...but don't cry for me, its all fun stuff, but I will miss you. I will plan for the next one. Jay
So now we know who we can rely on. The true colors are coming out. Yes, the 24 hour rule is in effect. Those who fail to notify other members of a volunteer organization of their change of plans within 24 hours of the event are responsible for the entire group's bill for the next dining venue. Are you guys sure you can't make it? Who's with me on this 24 hour idea? We'll see you at the next event.
