Joe Nastasi and his USA-spec Annivesario, at Sant Agata. Sports seats and color-coded wheels were the only special-order items that it had that I'm aware of.

    Very Interering, because:
1120200 1976 Yellow ~ Converted to 'S'-Specs, originally Geneve, Monsieur Gerhardt Muller
    - Could this car be the one which was converted by Lais, featered in german magazine Rallye Racing against the Koenig Ferrari 512?

    another LP400 converted to S:
1120122 1975 White Black RHD. This car has been up dated with the LP400S2 tyres and flares. Sidney, Australia. NSW registered AHO-83R.
Delivered to Willemin in Geneva on 9 September 1975

From the plates it could be. Lais has on all his cars plates with the letters 'LP'. 'ES' (city of Esslingen) fits as well as he lives there/or used to live there.

I checked the magazines, Sport Auto 7/81 and 12/1983, but the car had the red number mounted. Also in the magazines no mirrors on the doors, bright blue leather and bravo style wheels.

Thanks for posting these photos! I think it's Fausto Boscariol, who worked with Gandini on the Countach.

    Wow, fantastic information!

Fausto Boscariol was with Bertone from 1968 to 1974.

Look for the signature on this particular illustration.

I also note on his site that an image of the LP500 is prominently featured. He works with his son Ivo these days.

Yes, that is the Walter Lais car. One of the first Countach articles I bought in those days.
The Ferrari is a 365 GT4 BB by the way, not a 5 liter.

One of the two, there's another one featuring the same car from Lais.
