It was snowing slightly until we got on the western side of Monarch Pass. My wife and navigator insisted that we drive with the top down because "we are not sissies!" LOL

The weather from there on was perfect. We stayed at great places and ate great food. the wine flowed and everyone got along very well. It was great to see old friends (this was our 4th FFFT) and meet new ones.

We had breakfast at one of the driver's houses just off of 285. Spectacular home.

    And I almost forgot . . .

    THANK YOU FoD!!!!

FoD was generous enough to lend their top tech, and their trailer to the event on the off chance there were any breakdowns. There were none through Sunday evening when the formal event finished up, and hopefully there weren't any Monday.

Thank you Mark, et al, and Mr. Stewart for such a wonderful contribution to the weekend!!!

Thanks for sharing. You are a much better photographer than I am! Not too many pictures of our car. Guess I wass too far ahead of you to pick me up. LOL

Enjoyed the narration very much. And the video. Wow!

It was great to meet you two as well. Hope to see you again on a future event. ;)

I'm also going to have to make it happen one of these years. . .

I've been in the FCA/RMR, but my work schedule has always precluded my participation. It just looks like so much fun, though. . . and life's too short . . .

I guess I'll just have to tell my boss to get **** next year, and take the ride!

25 Ferraris, 2 Ford GTs,1 Audi R8, 1,100 miles of some of the best roads in the USA, the beautiful Hotel Capella in Telluride, fine dining, great friends, amazing scenery and timing the leaves and weather (except for Friday morning) perfectly, one of the best FFFTs yet! I have made the last 4 in a row, after this one there is no way am I going to let the streak die!

Do it now. Cheaper to live than in MD. Life is short. Most of us come form elsewhere and the only regrets are not doing it sooner.

Amen Brother Dave... moving from CA and getting out of the land of 10% state income tax is what afforded us the Ferrari!!!
