Jim Great interview. I had no idea you were a sculptor before you started making movies. Thats exactly my story as well... Id be interested in knowing why you left the film industry if you're open to discussing it. You're quite the inspiration ! Jerry
It was a lot more fun getting coked up actresses out of Winnebagos at 2 in the morning when I was 20 than when I was 40. By the time I could get into any party I no longer wanted to go. 200 nights a year in Hotel rooms lost it's je ne sais quoi. I enjoyed the biz but I don't miss it.
Ah! It appears you have achieved Magnate status! Here all these years I've strived to achieve Mogul, Tycoon, Baron, and Oligarch... but alas have only achieved Chief Bottle Washer in my own business. May you live long and well, and may I someday at least achieve Captain of Industry Jedi Image Unavailable, Please Login
This film was made 3 years before I was born! I feel like I missed out... I must make a point of watching that. Don't worry, I won't be downloading it - I never do that with any films/music/software. It must be very strange (though interesting!) to have your own Wikipedia entry and read how others might try to describe you. All the best, Andrew.
