Since Massa and Kimi have raced together at Ferrari. 44 races. I think thats enough that is not fluke.
Massa 213 pts vs Kimi 194 pts
Massa 9 wins vs Kimi 8 wins
Massa 1 WDC stolen VS Kimi 1 WDC gifted
Massa small contract vs Kimi HUGE contract.
So where has Ferrari wasted money?
Its obvious that Ferrari knows Massa is better.....even with a crushed skull.
Kimis' booze and drugs cost Ferrari far too much.

    By hiring Massa:
Without his self inflicted accidents in Melbourne and Sepang he would have been WDC.

I think you are going to be in for a real surprise next season Andreas. I read another one of your posts somewhere today and I can believe that you can even show your face on this site. You are son anti-Ferrari that I and many other on here have to wonder why your here and a Mod at that.

I can see Massa pulling "a Gollum" by turning into a reclusive bent over creature wringing his hands and mumbling over his lost "precious".
Perhaps with a green driving suit and helmet with pointed ears attached.

It good to cheer on Ferrari if thats your team. That was the first team that I adored. Stuck with them through the terrible drought.

I like to believe that in the F1 section F1 comes first; with a slant towards Ferrari and I undestand and am cool with that.
Just dont watch the race with blinders on and get your information from the press releases if you wish to see all of the sport. Lots of really neat things happening in the last couple of years.

    Excellent post David.

Franco, take it easy, Andreas as opposed to some of the other sections is probably the best MOD on Ferrari chat.

The way I see it FA is not the most popular man coming to Ferrari on here, but for some like Andreas, and IMO I admire him for sticking his neck out and openly supporting him, and for one glaring reason, he really supports Ferrari and he wants one of, if not the best current drivers in a Ferrari. Nothing wrong with that at all.

You are confusing anti-Massa with anti-Ferrari.

As explained to you many times before I'm driver oriented first and team second. I will not blindly support a driver just because he drives for Ferrari.

I fully support Alonso though. Something you don't do, but I don't call you anti-Ferrari for it.

As for the mod part: We are all allowed to have our own opinions and voice them. Accept it or leave. Yes, that was a warning. The last one.

even if the ferrari crew still screwed up in singapore..Massa still could've won the championship if his engine didn't blow out towards the end of the hungarian gp

Stolen? Didn't you seen the very good analysis posted here with the results. I guess it was stolen when he didn't race LH hard and let him by easily. It was stolen when he drove off with the fuel rig attached to the car.

    Kimi . . . drugs? I guess I missed the blood tests.

Last time I checked, alcohol was legal.

BTW if they hold the Summer Olympics in the Southern hemisphere during our summer wouldn't they be the Winter Olympics?

    I'm so confused.

Arrogance? And what hasn't he delivered? The 2008 WDC? Not his fault, but of course you are going to say Silverstone was what screwed up his Championship. If he is so arrogant, than why do most drivers in the Paddock like him along with the media? I think it just bothers you so much and the rest who don't like Massa, that everyone likes him. I am surprised you put JPM above Massa, when he didn't do crap in his five years in F1. Didn't even come close to winning a championship. He also was always slower than Kimi and talk about arrogance, JPM defined it. He really thought he was as good if not better then the best drivers.

355 - Please, no stories in response. I've only half a bottle of Tums.

At any given time,a minimum of 95% of P&R Members find your opinion *disagreeable, and as a direct result - *you - then, when it gets a little hot in there, you'll run away to F1, where you'll continue your campaign to destroy the section moderator.

Moderators are Members first, moderators second. That 95% figure... applies to non-moderating Members The 5% leftovers, are generous percentages, to put it mildly. You're doing much worse with those Members who are moderators.

Be that as it may, your worn out complaint is easily answered - it is wise to have someone as moderator to hold Ferrari to a higher standard than all competitors, not attain, maintain and sustain a view through rose-colored glasses, which would unfairly skew those who disagree with diehard tifosi.

Now, it's been established that on a good day, 95% or greater all know that - online - you're a ******bag, yet, you either feel compelled to prove it time and again *or* just haven't figured that out yet. Whatever misery you experienced in your childhood which led to your online hatred of USA or moderators or *whatever* is not our problem.

And that problem can be easily rectified by the following:

    It wasn't just Singapore.

His performance at Silverstone robbed him off the championship.

His blown engines robbed him of the championship.

Ferrari's pit-performance robbed him of the championship.

His own driving towards the end of the season robbed him of the championship.

He acted the same way Lewis did the season before. Hopefully he learns from it and can put forth a hell of a drive towards winning another WDC. I like Massa and thinks he deserves one, and yes that is coming from a HUGE Alonso fan.
