That\'s my idea of a HD too.

Nice clean and simple, no bling/chrome poofy look.

Now if they can just get then to stop and handle would be a real bonus!

Vale's probably going to WSB next year, so he'll be on a 1098R if anything....

Rossi has signed on to ride the Yamaha M1 again in 2010.

He has a option in 2011 but the rumour is that he may become Stoners team mate on the D16 Ducati?

Going from MotoGP to SBK is the same as going from F1 to Indy, a downwards spiral, he will NEVER lower himself to ride in SBK, the options after MotoGP are Ferrari F1 team or WRC Rally.

NFI how he still has the flame to keep riding, i would have retired years ago, onto boobs, booze, drugs etc

And I stand on the opposite point of view on the Polaris you pictured, as do most of my buddies. They look like something out of a Hollywood horror/alien movie.

for naked bikes, I LOVED the kawi z-1000 (2003 model) The pointy tail and dual exhaust made it the best lookin fighter on the market. (IMO)

If the trend continues for MotoGP, there will be 15 bikes in the premiere class by 2011 (once Suzuki pulls out). Meanwhile WSBK boasts grids of 30 or more and great racing.

Rossi is well aware of his place in racing history. IMO he will stay at least long enough to take Agostini's total win record (122 IIRC). He has already expressed his displeasure at developing the M1 for Lorenzo. He might leave Yamaha after 2010, with Ducati and bottomless Marlboro money being where he most likely ends up for 2011. By that time he will probably hold every record in MotoGP.

2012 would be the year if he were to go to WSBK. Too old to make a switch to F1, and why would he want to be just another competitor in WRC when he would be a god on two wheels in WSBK? Ask Troy Bayliss, Eddie Lawson, Jeff Ward, Jeremy McGrath, and Ricky Carmichael how switching to four wheels worked out for them.

Rossi's name carries so much weight that if he switched to WSBK I dare say that it would then become the premiere world series, especially if MotoGP is struggling to maintain a grid. Even being in his mid-30's by then, my money would be on him wiping the floor with the competition for as long as he wants.

I love it when he gets beat, but the guy is just so good you cannot help but admire him.

Fantastic, for mine love it in fire-engine regulation red though!

Any news of the 600cc and F5?

Think its a tad slower than Aprilia\'s all new RSV4, that is a missile!

I think the Benelli Tornado is one of the prettiest bikes out there. I own(ed) one in silver and black and have just finished the conversion to red following an unfortunate accident loading it on my trailer...

I was a little unsure of the color until I got the bike put together, I think it looks awesome in this color.

Always loved the Tornado. The red is my favorite.

How has it been to own, reliable or no?

The reliability has been good - though I was burning some oil that was traced to valve guide issues (should sound familiar to many Ferrari owners). Took three months to get the parts, but the bike is now back together and running well.

It is Italian after all, so it does do stupid stuff from time to time, but it has never stranded me
