Where can I buy engine panel trim screws?

    Took the engine panels out of my modena and had to sacrifice a couple of the small allen screws (frozen, so I drilled them out).
    Anybody know where I can buy a few, or perhaps just replace the lot?
    Have not counted them, but something like 15 total.

    If I can't find the OEM ones I'm tempted to replace them all with small bolts since allen bolts really stink!

    Daniel? I looked but couldn't find them.

    You mean to remove them?
    I have some, but not that small of a size (3mm). Used a t-handle to remove most of them, but a couple where damn stuck! Really surprised that some gorilla found it necessary to install them with such torque.

    I was doing the same thing and had one froze up also. I haven't gotten my stripped one out, did you drill out the center? I was thinking about using a dremel and a flat head to remove it. I will need one bolt and washer also.

    Correct Scott. I took one of the removed bolts and sized the width of the threads up to a drill bit that was slightly larger. Used the opening in the top of the bolt as a guide and it took a couple mins of medium pressure and presto... the head of the bolt was nicely fitted to the drill bit.
    And, I'm assuming due to the vibration during drilling, the threaded part of the bolt comes out very easily by hand (not "stuck" at all).

    I did this to 4 of them and this was my experience.
