    Guys, what do you think of a 456GT for RM350K, mint. Blue with magnolia cabin. Ex-VIP owner. Anyone knows about it's reliability?

    Sounds like a civilised GT3 :) but the price. Body's probably about S$50-70K now

    Thanks guys. It's a manual & I'm trying to fish more info on Yr manufacture etc. Sounds like a bulletproof engine that's a detuned 575. I'm looking to replace my E39M5 or maybe even a GTI which is so easy to use over in KL.

    I remember seeing a blue 456GT outside a restaurant in KL when we were there for the annual HSM Sepang track day in 2005. It was the first 456 I'd seen in Singapore/KL since moving from Tokyo & I was quite chuffed to see it at the time. It wud be ironic if it was the same car.

    It might just be ;) since there aren't that many. Less than 3300 of all variants were ever made.

    I was shopping for a 996T but they are well above RM400K here (S$160~250K) besides, 911s don't have a proper boot & rear space is tiny. The 456 never crossed my mind until a dealer offered it yesterday. Performance & character would be very similar to my M5 but as usual, my fear is the maintenance of mid-90s Ferraris. Valve guides seem to fail @ 30K miles that can be 5 figures to put right & those "auto" shocks

    Wow! And a supercar price too! Is this for real? Cos the project has been delayed for so many years. Cabin does look like a fighter jet though. I did see a recent article about one of the only two race cars.
