I think the representation of Rosso Cordoba Metallizato is a bit dark, having been taken inside a garage. Here is what it looks like in daylight. The car next to it is the regular non-metallic Rosso Cordoba.

A great thread, thanks for putting all the colors together in a single string!

Correction: I have just learned from Matthias (GermanDino) that Rosso Cordoba only existed as a metallic paint. So, disregard the second car. The owner of that car told me that it had been repainted in Rosso Cordoba, but it was not metallic. He may simply have had the color duplicated incorrectly.

This is the picture of my dino 246 year 1969 yellow fly 20Y191. This yellow has an orange cast, and is really rare. It's the original colour of my dino and it was made for the first models of the 246 and for 275. It existes more yellow fly! Only two for dino! The other one has a green taste inside and it's brigther.if you have some more informations please conctact me.

The first "giallo fly", code 20-Y-191 was the early one for Dinos between 1969 and 1971.
It was replaced by "nuovo giallo fly", code 20-Y-490 for 1972 onwards.
In the Glidden Salchi Colour samples from 70/71 are both colours together.
In the later colour samples the initial one is no longer available and Ferrari
changed the name from "nuovo" back to "giallo fly" which is the same name but a different colour. During my restauration of my M- Series 246 from 71 I choose also the early type which looks in my opinion much better than the later yellow.

That picture of the Rosso Bordeaux Dino appears to be taken at Rosersberg, Sweden. I was there and saw the car, but I did not find the owner.

any_1, Is it your car, or do you know the owner? This Dino has some very peculiar anomalies to it, so it would be great if I could ask some questions. We have some Dino trackers and historians on this forum who probably would be interested to hear about it too.
For example, the sign on the car said 1972 (I believe) but that does not agree with the obvious L-series center lock hubs. Also, it has amuch taller than normal bulge on the engine deck lid. Perhaps that part was simply custom fabricated, but it would still be interesting to hear the story.

    Lasse,
I am afraid I do not know the owner. The photo is indeed taken at Rosersberg.

According to "The Ministry for transport" the car is owned by DIX INFORMATIONSTEKNIK KONSULT AB in Vallentuna.

Chassis 02740 from 1971 Been in Sweden since 1976.

On this pic you can see a bit of the bulge...

Thank you for that excellent information. I plan to contact the owner on my next return to Sweden and then write about it in a separate thread.
Good photos of the car! Thanks again.

That is exactly why I wanted to find out more about it. I saw the knock-off hubs and nothing made sense about the car.
Matthias, do you know for a fact that the #2740 is still running in Germany? Could it have been sold to Sweden? If so, someone must have replaced the wheels and hubs, which seems very unlikely.
    It is all very mysterious.
