http://www.worldcarfans.com/109102122570/lexus-lfa-officially-unveiled-in-tokyo-video here's the answer to your question about the wing, it seems to pop up under certain conditions from the front i find it too "triangular", the side looks a tad like a 370Z and the back just looks weird. its a bit squarish and not flush with the sleeker front. those 3 pipes reminds me a bit of a Zonda(-1 pipe) and the 458.
the big air ducts in front of the rear wheel and wheel arch say to me mid engined .. but Im not 100% sure
