Did you actually "see" that car? It seems like all the cars listed on that website are simply stolen from other dealers and sites listing. The diablo roadster for example sold long ago, and was never consigned through this dealer. Best bet is to call Roy and Kevin.
Roy, I am preferably looking for one in the USA and then use it in the US (Cali/Nevada) for approx one year before shipping it over to Europe. Cheers, Bjoern
That's because that car search web site brokers cars, even at the end of the 6.0 ad it says "privately owned" they do not claim to stock cars for inventory.
Even still, they have no agreements with the real sellers of the cars. They simply scower forums like this one, steal photos and descriptions of other peoples car and try to make a buck in the transaction. Pretty shady in my opinion. You could do much better without this clown in negotiating a price with the actual seller/owner.
#1 Best place to buy an Lambo. Take the fear of buying the wrong car with Cats plus no dealer has more knowledge of the Diablo or more in stock
I think our resident hero dealer brokers the same way also, yes? Just my observation no affliation with any car business whatso ever.
No we do not... First off, approx 60% off the cars I own..that my Dealership has for sale and we stock them. The remaining or under consigment agreement with the cars owners, so we have the right to advertise and offer the car for sale on behalf of the owner. What you are seeing on the other site..and look close you will even see several of MY cars listed there..is they obtain ad's from cars all over that are in the public domain. They then lst them on their site. It is not illegal. They make their money by selling advertising to others on their site as well as trying to have Dealers such as mine pay for their service, (I do not subscribe to them). If you have intrest in a car, you fill out their "contact seller" info on the page and it is forwarded to the seller via their system. They are not involved in the selling of the vehicle at all. Like I said nothing ilegal about it, the info is in the Public Domain. I have recievd leads from their sites via cars they have listed of mine. They do not need permission to re-list this publoic info..just another mkedium for a possible buyer to find a car.
OK, I thought you were out of the USA as I have sent you several PMS asking what you want...I have with out any question the largest selection of Diablo 6.0 in stock in the USA, if not the country... So let me now what you are looking for, some vehicles I do not list that I have information on. Roy Cats [email protected]
this one confused me a bit...but then I remembered you drink a lot and it all makes sense! good luck with the sale!
I drink a lot more than he does!! Roy's post is solid and true. He does have more 6.0's than anybody. And knows the history of most as well.
Luke, Brian is actually a pretty well respected broker of exotic cars. He is a pure "broker" and all the cars he advertises are on consignment (unlike Roy who sells inventory as well as consignment cars). All the cars that are consigned through him are known quantities and are of very high quality. Brian sells cars on a much smaller scale than Roy but that doesn't make him "shady". As for double listings of the same car, people will consign through multiple brokers to increase the chances of a sale. Full disclosure: I bought my car through Brian, and put Ed in touch with him to consign his car (if that's the Diablo roadster you are talking about) - which Ed did end up doing. Diablo30se / jollygood: Give both Roy and Brian a call - a conversation never hurt anybody.
Carlo from Top Gear Specialist Cars has access to a black RHD 6.0, currently listed. If you are after a RHD, he will have access to more I would think. If you need his number, mail me. He is based in Scotland, UK. There are a few RHD's for sale over here.
