If you were to take a moment to unlatch yourself from some sweet young thing's tits, you will lose weight. Milk is fattening!
aiyoh...i have to console myself somewhere when market is so bad! and I like dongbei valleys...my place of comfort and solace
Oops u must be referring to OMV. Actually what everybody's take on OMV? For me, the lower the better but the sales price must match with reasonable mark-up. No point having high OMV & higher sale price IMO.
i think the omv is about 240k. having said that, it doesn't benefit the buyer at all for the car to have a higher OMV, considering that you only get back approx. 50% of the omv @ the end of 10 yrs. So... practically speaking a 330K vs 220K OMV car would be worth at MOST $50K more (AND you have to wait 10 yrs to get it back!)
I just tested the M3 on track... very good. BUT! The interior finishing is not as refined as the C63. The M3's handling is quite direct.. quite point and squirt! Brakes bite! Stopping distance on full ABS from 100 to 0 is about 30 meters. Driving in S5 mode, Power on, EDC on (Sport) the car is very nice... but still a little soft compared to the Porsche PASM... but this is not a bad thing as the Porsche system is too hard IMO. Will test the C63 when I get back. Review will follow
Oh! my bad That shows how interested I am with the M3. Thought there was/is some turbo charged 3 series?? Ahh so u're there for the M cars huh 30m sounds very good to me. Great to hear more about car reviews on the ground.
i suppose the other variable is the other horses in the stable. if you are fortunate enough to own other cars, then i think that might influence the decision when you choose between the two. but if it is your single driver, then things like real world practicality come into play. i know khips swears by his m3 while dr ken and i are big fans of the c63. while everyone has an opinion, it's not difficult to speak to the owners who live here on the forum.
Thank you for your input... Like both you and Jon had said so wisely is to test both car... I am testing the C63 on the 7th. It has all been arranged.
i think the real downside of a low omv car is whether the car was SERIOUSLY undervalued for import. if so, you as the buyer, could potentially get into trouble if the PI closed shop & disappeared.
