Does anyone know how to get a hold of someone regarding an order from the Ferrari store via thier website? I placed an order a month ago, was billed for the item and yet I have not received it. I've sent numerous emails to thier so called customer service address of '[email protected]' and received no reply. Also tried the online chat via thier website only to be shut down. Any thoughts?

I had a similar experience and finally just gave up. They took 2 months to ship me 2/3 of my order, and I never received the third item. I tried e-mailing them multiple times and got no reply. I believe the "store" is in the UK, but the items I was shipped came from Germany. The one shirt (Mens XL) is about equivalent to a US mens medium/tall. I wanted to return it, but I never could figure out how. I'd stick to Speedgear or buying at the dealer, as the ferraristore is a real pain in the a$$.

Sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction as well, and hopefully someone can provide you with a way to rectify it.

I'm kind of in the same boat. The US stores did not carry it. So I purchased my item from Ferrari. com store. Need to return it and apparently there is only a 15 day window on returns. Have emailed them twice in the last 7 days and have also received no reply. Unfortuanately, I'm starting to believe I am not going to hear from them anytime soon if at all. I have been thinking about calling FNA or talking to my dealer. Either of who might have some kind of contact number that might be helpful. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. The item cost me more than 1K and I hate eat this if I don't have to. The kicker is that I would reorder it if I can get it back in the correct size.

Wow...and I was pi$$ed about a lousy couple of shirts! In your case I'd check with your dealer, and if no joy, see what FNA can do. Trying to contact the ferraristore is like a monkey fu<%ing a football! (No matter how hard he tries he doesn't really get anywhere.)

FNA and the dealers can't help you.
PM me your information and the problem and I may be able to help or at least push your problem to someone that can. You can also call me at the Los Angeles location (310-657-9800...look, an actual number!)
Unfortunately, the service via the web store is piss poor. I work for Ferrari Store here in the US and I don't a proper contact number or email for the website. I have to rock the boat every time there is a conflict as their service reflects badly on our US stores (even though the web store is a separate entity).

Ps: The web site ships from multiple locations in Europe depending on what was ordered. Most "volume" goods ship from Norway while most high-end goods ship from Italy.

I have ordered from the site occasionally but will never order anything at large cost because customer service is non-existent. On one order five years ago, a Challenge Stradale baseball cap was missing. The order was for two t-shirt/ hat combos that came to almost two hundred bucks . . . and that was after I got an invoice four months later for VAT from the shipper.

The whole process is frustrating since once you've got it, it had better be right because it ain't going back and it sure ain't getting fixed. For that reason, I'm not going to buy something costly from the site like, say, the $6K electric Segway for lazy people that has a prancing horse emblem slapped on it.

Well well. Guess what showed up without any preamble from ferraristore.com on my doorstep this evening. Why do they provide a 'customer service' link on thier website if no one replies to inquires? Thanks for all your thoughts guys. Especially cheetah for helping me on the way. Needless to say, next time I'll order directly from you instead of hassling with the website.
