At Imola 1955, the Gran Premio Shell on the 19th of June that is, a car with this racing number is not found in the entry list. The only 5 Ferrari entrants were Mondials which had the racingnumbers 56 (Taruffi), 58 (Maglioli), 60 (Shell), 64 (Taramazzo) and 66 (Munaron).

Must be Imola. The list you give shows the 18 starters. Not all the entrants.
As we have no numbers 50, 52 and 54, that matchs with the pic number 54...

Not yet Centro Sud's but Serenissima's whose Venetian sticker can be distinguished on the side.

1962 yes but was do you mean by "1962 Antoine"?

OK, thanks. Then I can't blame you on putting the TRC in that condition... Actually I think it's Giovanni Volpi himself who did it.

Just hope it doesn´t become a controversy, the following picture shows the starting grid and car 54 with Joao Rezende Dos Santos at the wheel.

We can see Sgorbatti's Osca MT4 number 20, Maria Teresa de Filippis's Maserati A6GCS number 12 and most probably Salvadori number 44 in the background.
    So, 1955 Imola for sure...

Thanks for your always fantastic pictures !!

Yves Kaltenbach says that both Dos Santos and Leto di Priolo (0528) retired during the warm-up lap hence the absence of those cars in any race photos.

the sliver of rear fender at the right of the photo could be the FRB Munaron 500 Mondial, 0556(0446)MD.
