Not Messina I think because front end racingnumber would have shown somehow.
    Circuito di Reggio Calabria?

Correct after Rezende bought the car, 0562 in Reggio Calabria.
This particular car was brought to Venezuela and ended with a chevrolet engine and the front modified to look like a ponton TR, the last owner in Venezuela called it the Chevrolari

Another one for the experts, I scanned what was written in the back of the picture, the place seems Italy because of the Lancia and the millecento, I assume the price was landed in NY.

You are good guys, the only difference I see is the seat.
Another picture of 0352, the first time I saw this car was around christmas time 1955 just a few days after this one was taken.

Not surprisingly, I think Cyril is right. Cyril do you have a photo of the scaglietti body that was on 0262M after the Abarth one fell apart? It would make sense too because 0262M was rebodied by Scaglietti in 1954 and then sold to Chinetti in New York.

0030MT also stayed into Italy later (1958) and I think always had the full length windscreen.

This photo was likely taken in either 1954 or 1955.

Jarrett, I remember that several pics of 0262M were posted in this thread. Can't remember which page unfortunately but I'm sure Boudewijn will show its...

Congrats Cyril, thorough looks you use. This is a photo of the car at the 1954 Mille Miglia.

Maybe that's the one Sid Colberg turned down; at the time, he thought $8500 was a bit high for an old racecar. He was lamenting as he told me the story in the latter part of the 70s, as they were then trading for $25k.

This is indeed the story regarding 3769GT. The car was still sold to the US for $8500. The buyer sometime later asked if he could buy a second car like this at the same price.
