There is someone trying to sell a replica Ferrari 512 TR for $12,000 and a replica 328 GTS I believe. I think it's a true 360 but It's alittle weird that it seems like it sits higher off the ground than I remember them doing.

Did the 360 happen to have Beverly Hills Ferrari plate cover?

The side indicator is behind the front wheel in its normal place, although I do agree that the bumper appears to be the one from the Challenge Stradale as it's flared out a bit more on the bottom.

The turn signal within the headlight cluster is there, it just appears to be clear in the photo. Frankly the car looks completely normal to me!

Sorry, miss worded, I guess I should have said reflector instead of side indicator. (just in front of the front wheel and above the air duct)

These Challenge Stradales have a side indicator:

    Ferrari CS
    Ferrari CS
    Ferrari CS

    And these do not:

    Ferrari CS
    Ferrari CS
    Ferrari CS

Either way, I think it is regular 360 Spider with a CS front bumper.

In retrospect........... It sure is a shame to see so many (100's) of pics of these cars in what surely should not be their natural habitat. (ie. being resturants, malls, and valet parking lots.....etc).

Would be great to see this same amount of activity in the wonderful Georgia mountain areas and further north! (Such a waste of machinery for what the cars were made for. Thank god we do have some that really get to enjoy these cars as they were intended)

They were designed to be driven, agreed, but they were built to be boutique items for the rich and famous (or wannabees), It's us 2nd and third owners that drive them as the designers intended, and let the first owners take the depreciation hit and give their moola to the distribution chain to keep the companies afloat to produce new models.. I guess "natural habitat" is a relative term :(

Jeff.... excellent point. (I know it's not for this intended subject forum. But just like this past weekend I know Les and Andy had their's out for 250miles having a blast.....at times. They are a pure joy!)

That car has matte white paint. It is a very rare $26,000 option from Lamborghini. I saw the car yesterday. It is truly unreal.

Is that the color officially known as "balloon white"? Rather looks like it from the photo.

It's essentially balloon white without the clear coat. The official color code is bianco canopus.

It looks absolutely spectacular in person as Ed said but the upkeep might be difficult.

    A few pics from yesterday

-very modified Murcielago at Car Tunes on Roswell Rd. It was for sale at LoA for months and looks like it finally sold as it's not on their site anymore
-not a spot but a 16m in for service at FoA that most likely belongs to an Fchatter from Nashville. I didn't think I would like the CF side panels but they looked pretty good

Here is a matte black one I saw while I was over in China at the Shanghai International Circuit. Matte colored cars look ridiculous, especially that one you saw in "bianco canopus". I believe the black one here is called Nero Nemesis.

Also, here is an options list I thought you guys might want to checkout for your future purchases :D

    Enjoy.

Ya, I knew someone would notice that. The only reason I could think of was that the front right black (Callisto) rim got a flat or got damaged when he was tracking it around so they just replaced it with the silver wheel they had. I was also wondering whether or not they would have different weights and how it would affect vehicle dynamics......but thats just the engineer coming out in me.........:D

Crappy pic of an R8 on 316 in Lawrenceville:
    http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb56/kevinm_010/Car%20spotting/SN851041.jpg
It's funny because just 30 seconds before I was thinking about how I never see any exotics on 316, so my camera was off.

Also, does anyone know someone who owns a yellow 360 Spyder in Lawrenceville, or anywhere near? One just drove by my house twice in about 5 minutes. -kevin

Anyone know who owns the red Diablo that showed up at Performing Imports today? I'd have taken a pic but he was gone before I could get one.

    A few pics from today...

-R8 on temp plates parked with the spoiler up at Fellini's Pizza
    -NSX at Phipps
-all black Gallardo at Atlantic Station
-"ALL BULL" LP640 turning at Peachtree and Piedmont...I love seeing and hearing this car

Also, I don't know if anyone else has seen the new commercial for the Porsche Panamera but it's incredible, one of the best commercials I've seen in a while. Here's a link to watch...

Ya, seen that commercial a few times already. Im falling in love with the Panamera, even though it may seem like an illegitimate child of Dr. Ferry Porsche.

    Anyways,
Here is my spot for tonight
    -Black 550 Maranello at Fado

    Notables
-Dark blue LP640 at Lenox. I saw the car so I was going to park and take a picture. As I get to car, I realize it had already left.

I was in Atlanta this weekend and parked next to this car, Saturday, when we went into Phipps...I was gonna get a picture but my wife told me I was being silly :)

I also saw a Dark Blue Murcie (old lights and tips) with LP640 wheels....and a silver 360 Spider that was at the Ritz when we left.
