Yep same price. Buying from agent simply gives you after-sales warranty, discounts on parts & "membership". Once warranty is over, you're on your own. Thinking of importing your own SV? Get a 2 months old "used import" car
Leang, back to the SVs. I was told ES was allocated 26 as they are the regional dealer. 16 sold here & one going up KL & another Brunei. Maybe a few more soon. That said how many V12s do we ever see on the road on any day? Sam & Bob exported theirs & mine is probably the only one to be running around often enough. Most of these only turn up for events or occassionally outside hotels. The new one? Tough call, we know it'll be the new frame design. It may have a new engine with direct injection but a new block will be very expensive to develop. It should have over 700bhp & go down to 3.2 secs for regulars. I wonder how fast can we go, superbikes get there in 2~3 secs. Some SVs went up in value due to collectability but never on modern cars in my book & when we have a OMV thing. Buy it with your heart, not senses (when $ no problem ) One interesting eg. is the LHD Diablo SEs are actually worth a lot more than Murcies or even LP640 in USA but not in this part of the world!
