Thanks for clearing that up Jim. I thought you accidently posted a picture of heaven. By the way, I'm suprised Superformance has not introduced the "continuation" of your car especially given the new the "R" track version. I drove one of their street GT40s and loved the rawness of it all. Anway, thanks for posting the pic!
Here is my garage, Designed and constructed myself 4 years ago, since it has been insulated, drywalled , shop lights, ect. But I do not have an updated pic. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Not exactly. The MK-IV's were built by Ford in Dearborn. The engines were built and tested there as well. J6 and J5 were given to Shelby to run at Le Mans and J7 and J8 were given to H&M to run at Le Mans. Shelby and H&M made a few adjustments, side windows, front brake ducting but manly these were Ford's/Kar Kraft's babies. This engine stayed at Ford after returning from Le Mans along with many spares both used and unused and was given by Ford to Lavanos when he acquired J6. I had H&M go through it and build that stand.
